00:20 It had everything under one roof. I could go in there and do all my Christmas shopping and it was easier.

00:31 The main one is Debenhams because it's a store where you can get multiple things and you don't have to go anywhere else.

00:40 It has lots of different designers and so on that you could get everything you wanted there.

00:47 And what have you found as a replacement for Debenhams?

00:50 There isn't one.

00:51 There's no chance.

00:52 No, you have to go around. I suppose Marks and Spencers comes close for clothing if you're female.

00:58 But then it's so much... it has its moments as Marks and Spencers.

01:03 It decides what colours you're going to wear and then that's the only colour you can get.

01:07 Whereas you used to be able to choose all sorts of things from Debenhams.
