00:08You're going to be 73 in January, okay? And how old were you when you started 10X?
00:12Three years ago.
00:13Three years. It was 2018, so that would be, well, two years ago. So you would have been 71.

00:18You were about to turn 71. You were 70, going on to your 71st birthday when you started 10X.
00:23So the reason I share this with you is because you can see my dad, who's very dear to me,
00:28and what happened when he went on 10X. I want to play a video for you,
00:32for all of you who might be thinking that you are too old for strength training.
00:37So we have this belief that aging is a natural part of life and that our bodies naturally
00:43deteriorate with aging. And this is somewhat true. If you do not do the right exercise,
00:48after the age of 30, basically through a concept called sarcopenia, you're losing 1% of your muscle
00:53mass every year. But you can prevent this. And 10X is one of the best ways to do this.
00:59Watch what happened to my father after we put him on 10X. And this was a one-month transformation.
01:07What you're about to see is my dad. He is 70 years old. In this video, he was about to hit
01:13his 71st birthday. And you're about to see him increase his leg strength by 75%. He went from being
01:21able to leg press 80 kilograms to 140 kilograms in four weeks flat. In that four weeks, all my dad
