At least 11 people were injured, including six critically wounded following a stabbing incident at a Walmart outlet in Traverse City, Michigan in the United States on Saturday (July 26).

00:07incident at a Walmart outlet in Traverse City, Michigan in the United States on Saturday.
00:12Authorities said the incident took place at 4.43 p.m. when a 42-year-old man entered the store
00:18in Garfield Township and began stabbing shoppers with a folding knife. Law enforcement responded
00:24swiftly, with a sheriff's deputy arriving on the scene within minutes to arrest the suspect.
00:29They said several people in the store also assisted in subduing the suspect and providing
00:34aid to the injured victims who were later sent to Munson Medical Center for treatment.
00:38A large police presence was observed at the scene following the incident.
00:42The suspect remains in custody, and police have yet to release his identity as investigations continue.
