The reason your budget is being depleted is that you have a device bidding problem. When we review a campaign, we see a lot of clicks coming in from tablets, but no conversions. What you want to look at is your device bidding and see which devices are getting the least amount of leads, and then decrease the bid percentage.

For instance, let's say the Tablet is just eating away at your budget, but you are not seeing any results, then you can decrease the budget by 100%. This way, your ads won't be shown on tablets at all. If you notice that you are generating more leads from mobile devices, you can increase the bid percentage for that device. This way, you maximize the chance of getting more leads, and your cost per lead will also go down.
