00:00Yes, we're on a good pass, that's definitely for sure. Really good signings, really good incomings, proven players in a really good age with a top character. I think character-wise, everyone you would speak here will confirm that they fit 1% good into the group.
00:18We have, for example, replaced two centre-backs with Max Wilhelm and James Ceballeux, with Jacob Joll and Sebastian Penault, proven players and really awesome in top leagues and still in a really good age.
00:31We have replaced in midfield Josh Guiavogi and also especially Joe Roswell right now, also with Sean Nongchaff and Hope.
00:41We're also not hopefully too far away from another midfield signing then, it's more like the central area would be sorted.
00:47We brought with Gabi Gutmundsson and also a really good player in for the great Junior Philp as a replacement.
00:56And also with Lukas Mecha, a really interesting striker option, I'm pretty happy so far.
01:01But the job is not done, so there are still many, many areas where we need to strengthen and need to improve our squad.
01:08One is what I mentioned right now, also hopefully one more signing in the central entry position.
01:13But in all the other positions we still have to strengthen our squad.
01:17So we want to compete in the best league in the world.
01:21We need quality, we need character, we need good signings.
01:24And we just stop forcing improvements and trying to bring new players in when really all the main important stuff is done.
01:36But also to say compliments to our key people, they fulfil at the moment in a really good way what I wish for.
01:43And sometimes, of course, as a manager you would like to have all the signings in on the first day of pre-season.
01:49But we have to adapt to the reality.
01:51And it's not for us so easy to spend an unbelievable amount of money.
01:55Sometimes you have to be also a bit patient that the price goes down a little bit and I will be patient.
02:00But I'm at the moment pretty hopeful that we will have a really good competitive squad when the real stuff starts.
02:07Hopefully as quick as possible because you also need a bit of time with them on the training pitch.
02:13But again, we are on a good pass but the job is not done yet. We still have to keep going a bit.
