00:00You always love to hear guys complain about the weather at the Open Championship.
00:05It's a pastime of ours. We absolutely love it.
00:08But this is like a double whammy with Jason Day here.
00:11Not only is he complaining about the weather, and it would be fair,
00:13he was probably out in whatever was the worst weather today in Royal Portrush.
00:19I would say it was during the time that Jason Day was out there.
00:22So here's Jason Day talking about the conditions.
00:24And, Scotty, he had this sweater on today.
00:27I mean, it was just amazing.
00:28And you catch a little bit of that breeze as well with him on video.
00:32Here's Jason Day.
00:33The weather here is the craziest weather pattern I've ever experienced in my life.
00:39I mean, there's no consistency to it whatsoever.
00:43You look at the weather. I mean, I'd love to be a weatherman here.
00:46You just get it wrong all the time.
00:48So, yeah, I mean, other than that, you know, I thoroughly enjoyed playing golf.
00:55It was frustrating for me to be out there playing golf today.
00:57But I'm glad. I mean, I played better on the backside.
01:00If you're a weatherman around here, it must be a great job because you're always wrong, he says, if you're a weatherman there in Northern Ireland.
01:10He's probably right. You're never right about the weather.
01:12How does this guy not know what he's walking into when he goes to the Open every year?
01:19Like, how does he not know what's about to hit you in the side of the face?
01:24I mean, it's automatic.
01:25It doesn't matter if it's in England or if it's in, you know, Scotland or if it's in Ireland.
01:33It's always the same thing.
01:35Like, he acts like he's never been there before.
01:37This guy's been playing in the Open forever.
01:40He's been around.
01:41Playing forever.
01:42Been around.
01:43Not, uh, doesn't seem to, uh, doesn't seem to be involved.
01:48Amazing.
01:48Here's your leaderboard.
01:49Go home.
01:50Go.
01:51Round two will tee off.
01:53Round same thing tomorrow morning or tonight, I should say.
