As we know, in past GTA games, law enforcement just randomly spawns in your vicinity and once you successfully evade them, you can literally run in front of a police officer that was trying to kill you seconds before and he doesn’t flinch because your stars are gone. So I’m wondering a couple of things: do you think they will just randomly spawn instantaneously like the old GTA games or will they actually respond realistically (giving you 3-4 minutes to figure out a plan to evade them) and then will reinforcements also take a realistic amount to arrive? I also hope they actually try to arrest you and not immediately murder you at one star.
