00:00So, we have had a really nice session here today at the Danish Outdoor Living Lab.
00:16We have had municipalities in the room as well as online on this session of local digital twins.
00:26I think we have had an amazing amount of information shared today.
00:31And for many of these people, a lot of this stuff is new but super exciting.
00:38And I think there is a huge appetite on actually looking into how to get involved in the programs.
00:48But there is also a need to get a local understanding on what does the roadmap look like.
00:57But I think we have had a lot of great inputs today.
01:01And I think even though there has been a lot of people saying similar things,
01:08I think it was really important to actually repeat some of this stuff.
01:12A really great day and with great help from serendipity.
01:17So, we are looking forward to being involved in this journey of the local digital twins.
01:23So, thank you for K&A and other organizers for this event here today,
01:32where we look into the development of digital twins across Europe.
01:36And here we are based in Denmark, close to Copenhagen,
01:40where we have gathered a lot of different priorities or at least interesting stakeholders
01:46learning about digital twin development.
01:48Why is this relevant today?
01:51Well, because from my perspective of heading into the digital and outdoor living lab,
01:57where we turn things into practice,
01:59then there is a challenge of connecting the physical reality with the digital reality.
02:04And we need a digital twin in between to make that right connection
02:09for a benefit from those two worlds and realities the best way possible.
02:14How to, in practice, that's what we are exercising and that's what we can continue with.
02:19And also for this session, here today, that is also what we would like to exchange, share, discuss.
02:25We refer to different tools, frameworks that are already existing that we can build on top,
02:33for example of Audimars, but also fireware, community, other open source developments,
02:39communities where we push the right, in a common direction, in a standardised direction, almost.
02:45But that is hugely beneficial in our work to refer to and build on top and pick and choose from
02:53to make things work in practice.
02:55And that's what this community is also about here today, to help out one another in terms of exchanging key learnings,
03:06but also to inspire how can we reach the next steps.
03:13I think it was incredibly helpful to combine the view from Brussels, if you will,
03:19with the very practical reality here in Denmark.
03:22And also, actually, in a way, looking at the same thing locally as the twins,
03:27but from different perspectives, the perspectives of the different stakeholders.
03:32Very practical, quite inspiring, I think, and also concrete suggestions for next steps,
03:38including funding, including training sessions.
03:41And to do this not alone, but together with people who are in the same situation as you.
03:46I found this very helpful.
03:48This event has been great so far today.
03:58I've learned a lot personally.
04:00I didn't know about a lot of these different consortiums or whatever you call it.
04:06It's certainly good to know, I think, because then you can compare and you can figure out how far along you are
04:16and just see what other people are doing.
04:21And also, we work on a national level.
04:25So, we would like to make a found basin available for all municipalities, for instance.
04:32So, it's important for us to know what they work with and learn about the use cases and so on.
04:43So, I think today's event is quite good because the public sector in Denmark,
04:52but all over Europe needs to understand the possibilities of what we can do with Digital Europe
05:04and the European programs to enhance our digital transformations, both within public organizations,
05:16but also within the cities or the companies as well and in the collaboration.
05:26In any sense, there is a lot of stuff that we need to do and we need to learn from each other
05:33and we need to figure out where should we start pushing to get all the way.
05:43And it's sometimes difficult to figure out what all the stuff going on.
05:50So, that's why it's really important that we have these discussions here.
