00:00Right, we're over in the sofa area because basically what we're creating here is a family on summer holiday
00:04when all the kids are just sat on the sofa and nobody wants to do anything.
00:08Shut up, Mum.
00:08Yeah, don't call me Mum. It's quite triggering with our age difference, to be fair.
00:14But we're sat on the sofas and then you've got to get your kids moving, right?
00:18So what the government are going to do is basically, the government,
00:21why am I even talking about the government and Joe Witts in the same sentence?
00:25They are the same entity.
00:26But they shouldn't be and I'm a bit confused about this.
00:28So the government wants to get kids fit, obviously, because these kids are all going to die
00:32because they're all fat and unhealthy and got fatty livers at eight years old.
00:36So they've collaborated with Joe Witts, who you love, don't you?
00:40I like Joe Witts. I think he's a good guy. He's got a good heart.
00:43Interesting story. He had a troubled childhood and I think he's done really well.
00:46So he's doing this, there he is on screen now.
00:48So he's doing this animated series with help from the government.
00:52I assume he's getting paid for it.
00:54And it's to encourage children to be active, to move, to stay fit.
00:57But similar to what he did, I guess, during the COVID years, some years ago.
01:01Now, you see, there are already TV programmes like this on lots of children's channels,
01:05on Nickelodeon and CBeebies and all that kind of thing.
01:08So I'm just not sure how this is going to be any different.
01:11I don't like his beard. His beard is very weird, his animated beard.
01:14If you're listening on the radio, then you're missing Joe Witts
01:17and some little animated characters, little red things, pink things, all.
01:21And they're doing squats. So come on, Ben, we have to do the squats.
01:23Where are we going?
01:24So we're going to basically be like, a couple of teenagers have been...
01:27Almost there, you're doing so well. Keep going.
01:33So the idea is that you'll get your kids up doing this.
01:35What I think will happen, there'll be mums and dads in the lounge doing this.
01:39And the kids will be sat on the sofas going,
01:42what are you doing? You're so embarrassing.
01:44And frankly, right now, they might have a point.
01:46Boom, if you're listening on the radio, oh, look.
01:49There's a little emoji doing squats and breaking wind.
01:52So let's not do that.
01:53OK, now we're on the star jump.
01:55I haven't got a sports bra on. No one's going to do this.
01:58And also, I don't think, I wouldn't recommend you do it in high heels either.
02:01So this is the idea that we're going to be jumping around in your lounge.
02:05Would your kids do this? Would your boys do this?
02:07Jude, my boy, does, yeah. He likes Joe Witts videos on YouTube.
02:09And he would do this in the front room watching.
02:11Why doesn't he just do a Joe Witts video? Why do you have to do this?
02:14Quite fun.
02:15Sorry. People pay good money for this.
