00:00Transmission rates of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, or NGCP, are expected

00:06to increase this July due to the increase in charge of ancillary services.

00:12Customers will bear a 0.0631-peso-kilowatt-hour increase for their August billing.

00:19The overall equivalent average transmission rates for the June billing period also rose

00:24by 5.49 percent, which reached to 1 peso and 2,113 centavos per kilowatt-hour from 1 peso

00:33and 1,482 centavos kilowatt-hour in May.

00:36Meanwhile, the transmission-wheeling rates of NGCP recorded a slight increase of 0.39 percent.
