00:10Starting today with the news that Doncaster Council have come under fire after a worker was spotted using a hosepipe on the first day of the ban.
00:18Yorkshire Water introduced the restrictions on Friday and a worker was spotted using the hosepipe in St. Nigel Gresley Square.
