00:00Oh, that's loud.
00:02Oh, God, God.
00:04Last sex you... Okay.
00:05Oh, God, this is really good.
00:06This is kind of gross.
00:07I don't know.
00:08Ah, this is a fine day.
00:10Okay.
00:11Hi, I'm Courtney Cox,
00:13and I'm playing Pop Quiz with Marie Claire.
00:17Oh, that's loud.
00:19Sorry.
00:20Beep, beep.
00:21Whoa.
00:22I used to like that as a kid.
00:24Okay.
00:25What is the best gift you've received?
00:28I will say...
00:29I mean, this is just because it was recent,
00:30and I really do like it.
00:31I got a beautiful tree from my partner,
00:34and I just look at it.
00:35I love trees.
00:36I love plants,
00:37and, you know,
00:38hopefully it'll be around forever.
00:40Oh, God, guys.
00:42How?
00:43Okay.
00:44Last...
00:45I'm so glad this says not what I thought it said.
00:48Okay.
00:49Last sex you...
00:50Okay.
00:51No.
00:52Last text you sent.
00:53I actually sent...
00:54Oh, God.
00:55I was going to make it all about my partner.
00:56I sent my partner a picture from this photo shoot that we did today.
01:00I didn't get a response.
01:01Whatever.
01:02Okay.
01:03Oh, stop.
01:04I'm fine.
01:05Word your friends would use to describe you.
01:08Non-judgmental.
01:09I get that all the time,
01:11and I think that's true.
01:12Except for I'm going to judge this.
01:13I have to do this again.
01:15Okay.
01:16Okay.
01:17Okay.
01:18Last song you got stuck in your head.
01:21Oh, okay.
01:22I'm going to say Tiny Dancer because I do these cold plunges, and I get so cold.
01:29And I hate being in them that I look at the words, the lyrics to songs, and I go to a certain length.
01:37Like, it's got to be a five-minute song so I can stay in there.
01:39And Tiny Dancer, there's so many words that I didn't know were in there.
01:42I mean, I didn't think it was just Tony Dancer.
01:45Like, friends.
01:46But I also didn't realize, like, he's in linen or something.
01:49Wrapped in linen.
01:50I thought that was something.
01:51I don't know.
01:52There's words that you didn't realize.
01:53I recommend it highly.
01:54Lyrics.
01:55Look at them.
01:56Word that makes you cringe.
01:59Oh, I'm not a cringe person.
02:01I don't like smell.
02:02I don't know why.
02:03Smell, I have visuals.
02:05When I was a kid, I used to open the refrigerator, and my mom had collard greens.
02:10It just smelled so bad.
02:12Am I doing all these balloons?
02:14Yep.
02:15Oh, .
02:16Okay.
02:17Oh, my God.
02:18They're behind me and everything.
02:19Okay, ready?
02:21Ah!
02:22Last book you read.
02:25I had to color it in.
02:26Let's put it that way.
02:28Last book I read.
02:29I mean, really?
02:30Makes me feel bad.
02:31Could it have been a documentary that I watched?
02:33My journal.
02:34Okay.
02:35Sorry.
02:36Favorite dance move.
02:38Show us.
02:39Oh, God.
02:40God.
02:41All right.
02:42I mean, I don't know what this one is.
02:43I don't say it's my favorite.
02:45I could do that Bruce Springsteen move that I did for the video.
02:49I could do David Schwimmer.
02:52Um, what else?
02:54That's all I got.
02:55I'm so angry about it.
02:58I'm still stuck on the book question.
03:01What should every woman try at least once in her life?
03:04I mean, it doesn't have to be a woman, but I'd say a Fritos inside of a turkey roll-up.
03:09I would say jumping out of an airplane, but I wouldn't do that.
03:11Ugh.
03:12How did you make your first dollar?
03:15All right.
03:16Um, my first dollar I made when I was, well, besides babysitting, I mean, we all babysat
03:22it when we were kids.
03:23I'm sure I did it before this, but my first job was I used to go after school and call
03:29for this foundation for Alabama.
03:33And it was for, um, mentally challenged people.
03:36And I used to ask for money just randomly.
03:39And I got hung up on a lot.
03:41And I ate a lot of wacky wafers while I was working.
03:44But I made $3 an hour.
03:46It was good.
03:48Very angry.
03:49I didn't know I was this angry.
03:50Guilty pleasure watch on TV or streamer.
03:53I think any true crime doc would be my guilty pleasure.
03:57I even like YouTube TV where you see people in interrogation rooms and you watch them come
04:04in all confident.
04:05And then they just, they sink and sink until they confess.
04:08I love that.
04:10Okay.
04:11Do you have any secret talents?
04:12I used to be able to do things with my fingers, like push them back, but that, you
04:16know, it goes away with age.
04:18I used to be able to touch my tongue to my nose.
04:20I don't even know.
04:21I haven't done that in a while.
04:22Oh God.
04:23This is really good.
04:24It's kind of gross.
04:25But I can put my tongue back in my mouth and then look like a frog, like literally have
04:30a bubble.
04:32Ah, this is a fine day.
04:37Okay.
04:38Go to late night snack.
04:41I would say peanut butter filled pretzels or listen, I seem obsessed, but I do love Fritos.
04:51Oh, okay.
04:52What makes you feel most powerful confident?
04:56When I'm living in gratitude, when I feel grateful and then I go out in the world and
05:01I feel confident.
05:02When I say the world, I mean like to the kitchen or, you know, I don't like God that much.
05:07So I feel great.
05:08Okay.
05:09Okay.
05:10God, I don't have to be so angry and mean about it.
05:13God, I'm going to be so much more gentle for the last two balloons.
05:17What advice would you give your younger self?
05:20Learn to say no at an early age and know that you're still, you're okay.
05:25Take care of yourself, but don't be selfish.
05:28But just learn to say no.
05:31You get more respect.
05:34Nope.
05:35See, you do have to, oh God.
05:38The number one thing on your bucket list.
05:40No, I assume that means something I haven't done.
05:43I used to, I thought it was to go to, to go on safari in Africa, but then I realized I
05:50probably wouldn't survive the morning or evening feedings.
05:54So I now just think making pasta in Italy with a real Italian chef and staying there for a month
06:03and just making mozzarella and pasta and taking walks and it not be too hot and having a great time.
06:12It's my last one.
06:15Okay.
06:16Most star struck moment.
06:18I got to meet Diane Keaton the other day, which was huge.
06:22But my very first moment that I was like, oh, I can't believe it.
06:25I met Morgan Freeman and I just love him.
06:29I mean, Shawshank Redemption was just one of my favorite movies of all time.
06:33So I went up to him.
06:34This is years and years ago when I said, I'm such a fan, please be nice.
06:40And this would really blow it for me if you weren't nice.
06:42And he was such a gentleman and great.
06:44And I was so thankful.
06:46I had to ask because you just don't know.
06:48Some famous people are not as nice.
06:50He is.
06:51That was pop quiz from Marie Claire.
06:54Thanks for watching.
