00:05So my name is Caroline Fratzis and I'm a member of the Shrewsbury fundraising committee for

00:11Lingen Davis. We're super lucky to have been offered this fabulous marquee today following

00:19the wedding of James and Gwen Shaw yesterday and here we are and expecting 173 guests for

00:26a lovely sit down lunch and auction stand up bingo and we're blessed with the weather and looking

00:33forward to a good day and raising lots of money for Lingen Davis. So how do you get offered a marquee

00:39how are you kind of on the parents Julie and Toby how are you on their radar how do they know about

00:44Lingen Davis? Well actually Ruth and I do a keep fit class actually with Julie and she knew that we

00:55were involved with Lingen Davis and fundraising so yeah. It's funny how those connections are made

01:00isn't it? Exactly. And like you say it's a fantastic setting isn't it? Beautiful. It's absolutely wonderful

01:06absolutely wonderful the gardens are just pristine and the woodland is amazing and it's giving us lots

01:12of shade on this super hot day. And of course Lingen Davis is the unit at Shrewsbury Hospital

01:18where they look after people with cancer. Based at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and it's where all the

01:25chemotherapy and radiotherapy takes place for Telford and Reakin, Shrewsbury and Mid Wales so all patients

01:33cancer patients from that area come to Royal Shrewsbury Lingen Davis Treatment Centre for their

01:39cancer treatment. So we can get a good a good tally raised for them today then. Absolutely. Well done to all

01:44involved thank you. So guys this is the bride and groom as of yesterday congratulations. Thank you

01:48very much. So you're letting Lingen Davis basically gate crash your kind of after wedding party aren't

01:53you? It's a whole new party going on. Well absolutely but it's such a great charity it's for such a great

01:59cause and so we couldn't actually think of anything better to have this event on today following our

02:03wedding. Perfect perfect what a way to market you know. So how did it go yesterday then? It was a very hot

02:09day everyone survived. We did we did. It was warm but it was perfect. Warm day but the best day ever.

02:15Um yeah the company was fantastic the catering was brilliant the the bar was even better so um

02:20so yeah just all in all a terrific day. Great well how did you two meet then?

02:25Um back in uni um in Carmarthen ten years ago. Oh okay yeah lovely. Well we'll let you enjoy the rest

02:33of your day then. You're looking very fresh considering you were you know but I dare say up

02:37till late last night. Yeah yeah. Well thanks a lot guys and um I'm sure Lingen Davis are incredibly
