00:00All right. Last week, Republicans in Congress jammed through Donald Trump's big, beautiful bill.

00:06And then on Friday, Trump signed it into law.

00:09So let's talk about what's in it and most importantly, where we go from here.

00:13When I say Republicans jam this thing through, I mean they released nearly a thousand page text at midnight

00:21and then held the vote 24 hours later and were still making changes on the bill while we were voting.

00:29And you just won't believe how bad this bill is.

00:33Look, it'll kick 17 million Americans off their health insurance by making the biggest cuts to Medicaid in our nation's history

00:41and by gutting parts of the Affordable Care Act.

00:46It'll rip food assistance away from people so that while costs are already out of control,

00:52people are going to start paying more for groceries.

00:55And, you know, just to rub salt into the wound, this bill takes that health care and grocery money

01:02and hands it over to a bunch of billionaires and giant corporations in the form of tax handouts.

01:09Yeah, you heard that right.

01:11Government handouts for billionaires.

01:14That's the Republican vision for America.

01:17America, the top one-tenth of one percent, gets an extra $400,000 a year to buy another yacht

01:25while your kid opens the fridge and finds there's nothing there to eat.

01:30And over the 4th of July, Donald Trump and the billionaires, who paid millions of dollars

01:35to sit in the front row of his inauguration, probably pop bottles of champagne that cost more than your rent,

01:43celebrating that they just ripped health care away from that many people.

01:48I think you can hear my voice.

01:50I am angry.

01:51I am angry and I am not going to give up.

01:56So, where do we go from here?

01:57First, we need to hold these Republicans accountable.

02:02When kids go hungry, when rural hospitals shut down,

02:06when families have their health care ripped away from them,

02:09we need to make sure that every single American knows who is to blame the Republicans.

02:17And second, we can't give up on fighting back.

02:21Right now, they're hoping we'll give up.

02:23Just curl into a little ball and let those guys do whatever they want.

02:27We won't do that.

02:29We cannot do that.

02:31For every single kid who relies on a home health aide,

02:36for every family that needs a little extra help putting food on the table,

02:40for every senior in a nursing home, we stay in this fight.

02:45Now, now more than ever, we need to link elbows.

02:49We need to stand together.

02:50We need to fight for a country where kids don't go hungry,

02:55where parents can afford their cancer treatment,

02:57and where everyone, no matter what zip code they were born in,

03:01everyone has a chance to succeed.

03:04I know.

03:05The fight ahead will be long.

03:07And Donald Trump will continue to try to divide us and demoralize us.
