00:00Eight semi-permanent shoplots, including a motorcycle workshop, were destroyed in a fire
00:11at Taman Pandan Johor Bahru on Friday. According to Johor Fire and Rescue Department Operations
00:17Commander Mohamed Shahir Ikhwan Mohamed Shoib, the department received an emergency call
00:23at around 5.10 p.m. A total of 31 personnel were deployed to the scene.
00:30Upon arrival, five shoplots were already 90% destroyed. Two others sustained 70% damage,
00:37while one unit was 50% damaged. Three cars were also lost in the fire. The blaze occurred within
00:44a semi-permanent structure measuring 100 by 50 feet. However, firefighters faced challenges in
00:52bringing the fire under control due to low water pressure. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
00:59intentionally hit by two blocks of the city, according to the area of the city.
