00:45You start to realize, maybe you're not confused.
00:48Maybe you're just distracted.
00:50Maybe clarity didn't leave you.
00:51Maybe it's just been buried under everyone else's expectations.
00:55And if you stop letting people rent space in your head for free,

02:41The Bible says when Elijah went looking for God, he wasn't in an earthquake.
02:45He wasn't in a fire.
02:46He wasn't eating in the wind.
02:47He came in a still, small voice.
02:52And some of y'all have been chasing earthquakes, trying to hear him.
02:55But, you see, the first thing I need you to do before you speak a word, before you make a move, before you try to shift your whole life, is this.
03:06You've got to silence the noise.
03:07I'm talking about that noise that never shuts up.
03:10That static in your mind that plays like a broken record.
03:13That endless commentary from people who don't even know your story.
03:17But still got the nerve to write chapters in your book.
03:20You've got to silence that.
03:23Because until you quiet what's around you, you'll never hear what's inside you.
03:28Some of you can't move forward, not because you're not capable, but because you can't hear yourself think.
03:36Every time God tries to whisper something to you, the world drowns him out.
03:40Every time peace tries to knock, the noise of your doubt answers the door instead.
03:46You've been listening to voices that have no author your name.
03:50But you can't hear it if you won't sit in the stillness.
03:54And I get it.
03:55It's hard.
03:55It's hard when you've been conditioned to perform, when your whole life has been about showing up, proving something, being strong, keeping up appearances.
04:05But silence doesn't care about your image.
04:08Silence cares about your truth.
04:10And sometimes you've got to strip it all down.
04:13Get real, get raw.
04:15Well, be vulnerable enough to say, God, I don't even know who I am anymore, but I'm ready to hear you again.
04:24You don't need another person to tell you who you are.
04:27You need the courage to listen to who you've always been.
04:31Deep down, past the hurt, past the pressure, past the pretending, because a voice has been waiting to be heard.
04:38A voice that says, you're still chosen.
04:42A voice that says, you're still worthy.
04:45A voice that, because I'm not done with you yet.
04:47But you won't hear it if you keep letting the noise be louder than your spirit.
04:53So I'm daring you not to shout, not to pose, not to react, but just to be still.
04:59To stop running from yourself.
05:02To stop avoiding the silence.
05:04Because it's not punishment, it's preparation.
05:07God is pulling you into a quiet place because he's about to speak something new.
05:12And it won't be loud, it won't be flashy, it won't be for everybody.
05:17But it'll be for you.
05:19And when you hear it, when it finally breaks through, you'll know exactly why you had to get quiet.
05:25And you'll never crave that noise again.
05:27Now that you've silenced the noise, now that you've pulled away from the distractions,
05:31it's time to do something most people never learn how to do.
05:36Speak life to yourself.
05:37I'm not talking about fake encourage, but you don't defeat a lie with silence.
05:45You defeat a lie with truth.
05:48And the truth ain't just what you read.
05:51It's what you speak.
05:53You've got to open your mouth and say, I will not die here.
05:58I will not stay broken.
06:00I will not settle for less than what God has promised me.
06:04For just three days, I'm asking you to guard your mouth like your future depends on it.
06:11Because it does.
06:12For three days, no negativity, no self-hate, no tearing yourself down.
06:17I want you to get up in the morning, look yourself in the mirror,
06:20and say things that make your fear tremble.
06:24Say things that sound too good to be true.
06:26Say things that stir up the atmosphere around you.
06:29Because life and death are in the power of the tongue.
06:34And you've been speaking too much death over yourself.
06:38Every time you say, I'm tired of this, you reinforce it.
06:44I'm not talking about some Instagram caption you post to look strong while you're crumbling on the inside.
06:50I'm talking about opening your mouth and declaring life over yourself when no one else is around to cheer you on.
06:59When you're tired.
07:00When you're wounded.
07:02When you feel overlooked, underappreciated, empty.
07:05That's when you've got to learn how to speak life.
07:09You'd be surprised how many people can encourage others but can't lift themselves.
07:13You built everybody else up, poured into their dreams, their rock, their light, their safe place.
07:19But when it comes to you, your words dry up.
07:23You get silent.
07:24You go cold.
07:26And in that silence, the enemy starts whispering, you're not enough.

07:34You'll always be stuck.
07:36But let me tell you something.
07:38He's a liar.
07:40Always has been, always will.
07:41You're changed.
07:43Every time you say, nothing ever works for me.
07:45You build your own prison.
07:47Every time you say, this is just how I am.
07:50You limit the possibility of who you can become.
07:52You've got to speak something that moves you forward.

07:59There is still a word of life inside you.
08:03Say, I'm coming out of this.
08:05Say, I'm becoming stronger.
08:07Say, I was built for this storm.
08:08Because your soul is listening.
08:11And your spirit is responding.
08:13And if all it's been hearing is defeat, no wonder you've been walking like you're lost.
08:18But something shifts when you talk different.
08:21Something changes when you align your mouth with your mission.
08:25The same mouth that curses your process can bless your progress.
08:30If you're true, I dare you to flip the script.
08:32I dare you to stop agreeing with your strong you and start agreeing with your healing.
08:40I dare you to stop giving so much weight to your weakness and start giving voice to your strength.
08:46Yes, you're in pain.
08:48But pain isn't the whole story.
08:50Yes, you've made mistakes.
08:53But you're not disqualified.
08:55You're still chosen.
08:56Still breathing.
08:58Still here.
08:58And as long as there's breath in your body, there is power in your words.
09:02You don't need everyone else to validate it.
09:05You don't need a crowd.
09:06You just need to believe what you say about yourself.
09:10For too long, you've believed what they said.
09:14You've believed what the mirror told you.
09:16What your past shouted at you.
09:18What fear whispered in the dark.
09:19But now, now you've got to believe you.
09:24Not because you feel perfect.
09:26Not because everything's figured out.
09:29But because something in you knows you were born for more.
09:33You may have cried last night, but this morning say joy is coming.
09:38You may have failed yesterday, but today say grace is covering me.
09:42You may feel weak right now, but say I am stronger than this storm.
09:46For three days, I want you to prophesy over yourself.
09:50I want you to write it down, shout it out, sing it if you have to.
09:53But don't stay silent.
09:56Your healing is connected to your words.
09:59Your breakthrough is waiting on your voice.
10:01And the devil's greatest fear is not your pain.
10:05It's the moment you realize you can speak power in the middle of it.
10:10So speak.
10:10Even if your voice shakes.
10:12Even if your faith is the size of a mustard seed.
10:15Even if no one claps, no one hears.
10:18No one responds.
10:19Speak.
10:20Anyway.
10:20Because sometimes, the most spiritual thing you can do is talk yourself back into alignment.
10:28Talk yourself out of that grave you built with your own words.
10:32Talk yourself out of survival mode.
10:34Talk yourself back into life.
10:37And don't wait until you feel better to do it.

10:50Some of us have gotten so good at hiding that we don't even recognize ourselves anymore.
10:55We wear a smile like armor.

10:59Polished.
10:59Post the right things.
11:00Say the right words.
11:01And yet, deep down, we're running from the one person we can't escape.
11:07Ourselves.
11:08But if you're going to talk to yourself for real.
11:10If you're going to do this thing for three days like I'm challenging you to.
11:13Then at some point, you're going to have to stop avoiding the mirror.
11:17You can't heal what you won't face.
11:20You can't overcome what you won't acknowledge.
11:23You can't walk in your purpose while running from your reflection.
11:28The mirror don't lie.
11:31That's why we avoid it.
11:32Not just the glass in your bathroom.
11:34I'm talking about the mirror of your soul.
11:37The mirror of your past.
11:38The mirror of your truth.
11:39That place inside where all the pretending stops and all the pain speaks.
11:43And I know.
11:44I know.
11:46Facing yourself hurts.
11:48It's uncomfortable to confront the mess you've made.
11:51The bitterness you've carried.
11:52The things you thought you buried but still bleed.
11:55It's easier to stay busy.
11:56To stay distracted.
11:58To stay numb.
12:00It's easier to scroll through someone else's life than sit still in your own.
12:03But there is no breakthrough in avoidance.
12:08There's only delay.
12:09There's only detour.
12:11And I don't want to see you live the next 10 years stuck in the same cycle because you were too afraid to look.
12:18Looking at yourself.
12:20Honestly doesn't mean condemning yourself.
12:22It doesn't mean shaming yourself.
12:24It means being courageous enough to say this is where I am.
12:27But it's not where I'll stay.
12:30You can't change what you pretend not to see.
12:35You can't fix what you won't admit is broken.
12:38But if you'll stop blaming, stop excusing, stop running, something powerful will happen.
12:42You'll start to see yourself with clarity.
12:44You'll start to notice not just your flaws but your fight.
12:47Not just the wounds but the wisdom.
12:50Not just the past but the possibility.
12:53You've been telling yourself I'm fine when you're not.
12:55You've been saying it's all good when it's not.
12:58You've been strong for so long that you forgot strength doesn't mean silence.
13:02You're allowed to say I'm struggling.
13:05You're allowed to admit I've been hurting.
13:08You're allowed to whisper I'm tired.
13:11That doesn't make you weak.
13:13It makes you real.
13:15And God can't bless who you pretend to be.
13:18He can only bless who you truly are.
13:21So these three days, they're not about perfection.
13:26They're about honesty.
13:27They're about looking in that mirror and saying, yes, I've made mistakes.
13:31Yes, yes, I've been angry.
13:35Yes, I've doubted.
13:37Yes, I've sabotaged myself.
13:40Yes, I've cried myself to sleep.
13:42But that's not the end of my story.
13:44Some of you are still carrying shame like it's part of your identity.
13:48Still punishing yourself for things God has already forgiven.
13:53Still letting guilt drag you down long after grace showed up.
13:59But what if you let go?
14:01What if you finally gave yourself permission to be free?
14:04You've got to stop defining yourself by the worst chapter in your life.
14:09That one bad decision, that broken relati and ship, that season of darkness, that moment when you lost your way.
14:20That is not the fullness of you.
14:22That is not the whole picture.
14:24But if you never look at it head on, if you never own it, it will own you.
14:29And I know what you're thinking.
14:30If I face it, I'll fall apart.
14:33No, baby.
14:33If you face it, you'll finally be able to rebuild.
14:38Sometimes things need to fall apart so truth can rise up from the rubble.
14:43Sometimes you've got to look at the cracked places to discover you didn't break.
14:46You bent, but you didn't break.
14:49Talking to yourself means calling out the lies you believe for too long.
14:54Lies like, I'm not good enough.
14:57Lies like, nothing ever works out for me.
15:00Lies like, I'll always be this way.
15:02Lies like, look yourself in the eye and call those lies what they are.
15:07Because the mirror doesn't just show you what's wrong.
15:11It shows you what's real.
15:13And real is where healing begins.
15:15So if you're going to do this, do it all the way.
15:17Stand in front of the mirror.
15:19Look yourself in the eye.
15:21Don't flinch.
15:22Don't look away and say it.
15:24This is me.
15:26This is my truth.
15:28But this is not my end.
15:29Because if you can face yourself, really face yourself, you can free yourself.
15:35Now that you've silenced the noise.
15:37Now that you've looked yourself in the mirror and had that honest, painful, beautiful confrontation,
15:42now it's time to speak.
15:44I mean, really speak.
15:45I mean, open your mouth and prophesy to what looks dead.
15:50I mean, call things out that haven't moved in years.
15:53I mean, stand in the middle of your valley and tell your dry bones to get up and live.
15:57You know the story.
15:58A prophet standing in a valley of bones, scattered, lifeless, dry, no sign of breath, no hint of hope.
16:06And God asks him, can these bones live?
16:11And the prophet, honest and unsure, says, Lord, do you know?
16:15Then what does God tell him to do?
16:17Not to cry.
16:18Not to walk away.
16:20Not to wait.
16:22But to speak.
16:24To open his mouth and declare life over death.
16:27And I'm telling you today, that same authority is in you.
16:31There are places in your life that look like that valley right now.
16:36Places that feel so dried up, you don't even remember what it's like to hope.
16:41Dreams you gave up on.
16:43Parts of your identity you buried.
16:45Faith that used to burn bright, but now just flickers.
16:49You look at your situation and all you see is a graveyard.
16:51You see bones.
16:53And the enemy has convinced you that bones can't live again.
16:56But what if God brought you to that valley?
16:58Not to grieve, but to prophesy.
17:00Ah, you think it's over because it doesn't look alive.
17:05But faith doesn't need to see signs.
17:08It needs to speak them.
17:10You've been waiting for something to change before you believe, before you act, before you speak.
17:16But God says, speak first.
17:18Speak to the bones while there's still bones.
17:21Speak while it's still dry.
17:24Speak before you see any shift.
17:28That's what faith is.
17:28Faith says, I don't see it, but I'm saying it anyway.
17:33Faith says, I don't feel it, but I believe it's coming.
17:39Faith says, I will not bury what God told me to breathe on.
17:43Some of you have been silent too long.
17:45You've stopped speaking over your calling.
17:47You've stopped speaking over your family.
17:49You've stopped speaking over your own soul.
17:51And now everything around you feels dead.
17:53But it's not dead because God left you.
17:55It's dead because you stopped talking to it.
17:58God, your words have power.
18:03Not just to inspire, but to ignite.
18:05Not just to comfort, but to resurrect.
18:08And the moment you stop speaking, you surrender your authority.
18:12But the moment you start again, the moment you lift your voice and prophesy, not based on what you see, but based on what God said, things begin to move.
18:23Look at your dry bones and say, live.
18:27Look at your weary heart and say, beat again.
18:31Look at your gift that's been buried under fear and shame and say, rise.
18:35Rise, look at that dream you tucked away years ago and say, it's not over because your future is listening.
18:44Your healing is listening.
18:45Your next level is waiting on the sound of your faith.
18:48Don't you dare stand in front of something God gave you authority over and stay silent.
18:53Don't you dare walk away from that valley when the miracle is in your mouth.
19:00You don't.
19:02If you're not leaving, you nobody else will.
19:05That's the truth.
19:06And it's not about ego.
19:08It's not about arrogance.
19:10It's about agreement.
19:12You've got to come into agreement with what God already said about you.
19:18You've got to walk like it's already done.
19:20Speak like it's already yours.
19:23Stand like you know heaven back to when you got up this morning.
19:26You see, here's the problem.
19:27Too many of us have been conditioned to doubt ourselves.
19:31Life has taught you to second guess everything, taught you to shrink, taught you to play it safe.
19:40Every time you tried to rise, somebody pulled you back.
19:45Every time you tried to shine, somebody told you it was too much.
19:48So now, even when you're free, you still act like you're in chains.
19:53Even when the door is wide open, you sit there asking if you're allowed to walk through.
19:58Thus blessed the prophet.
19:59It became an army.
20:00And I wonder, what's waiting on you to speak that could become the very thing that changes generations?
20:08You don't need to have it all figured out.
20:10You just need the boldness to say what you believe, even if your knees are shaking, even if your heart is hurting, even if you're speaking through tears.
20:22Speak anyway.
20:23You were never meant to walk through your valley in silence.
20:26You were meant to shift it with your words.
20:29Speak.
20:31You ever notice how we spend so much of our lives trying to convince everybody else of our worth, but never take the time to convince ourselves?
20:40We chase validation like it's oxygen.
20:42We wait on applause before we take a step.
20:45We ask for permission to become what God already called us to be, and the whole time we're neglecting the most important voice in.
20:52You need more resources.
20:54You don't need more followers.
20:56You don't need another degree.
20:58You need to open your mouth and remind your situation who you are and whose you are.
21:03You cried long enough.
21:05You've waited long enough.
21:06You've doubted long enough, but now it's time to prophesy.
21:09Don't prophesy your fear.
21:10Prophesy your future.
21:11Don't rehearse your trauma.
21:13Declare your triumph.
21:15Stop echoing your insecurity and start releasing the word.
21:17This isn't about hype.
21:18It's not about theatrics.
21:20It's about truth.
21:21And the truth is, what God gave you can't stay dead unless you let it.
21:27The truth is, you've got power in your voice that you haven't even tapped into yet.
21:34The truth is, this valley is not your grave.
21:36It's your assignment.
21:37Because when those bones started coming together, when breath entered them, when life returned,
21:42it isn't the place where God develops what he's about to reveal.
21:47If you can't believe in yourself in the dark, you'll self-destraught when the lights come on.
21:52And that's why these three days of talking to yourself are so critical.
21:55Because if you don't believe you can make it, you won't.
21:59And I need you to hear me.
22:00What you say to yourself matters.
22:02And not just when you're in front of people.
22:05Not just when you're feeling strong.
22:07But especially when you're by yourself.
22:10And everything in you wants to give up.
22:12That's when your voice has the most power.
22:15Some of you are one self-believing sentence away from a breakthrough.
22:21One word away from the next level.
22:24But you keep waiting on somebody else to say it.
22:28Nah.
22:29You say it.
22:31You declare it.
22:32You affirm it.
22:32You speak it until your spirit catches up with your mouth.
22:36Stop saying you're not ready.
22:39But hear me.
22:41The moment you start believing what God whispered in your spirit.
22:47more than what life shouted in your ears.
22:51That's the moment everything starts to shift.
22:55You've got to stop waiting for someone else to clap for you.
22:59Before you take the stage.
23:01Stop asking for confirmation from people who can't comprehend the level you headed to.
23:08Stop explaining your purpose to folks who weren't in the room when God gave it to you.
23:14They don't get it because it wasn't theirs.
23:15It was yours.
23:16Because you have to know who you are when nobody's affirming you.
23:20When the phone's not ringing.
23:22When the platform's not calling.
23:23When nobody's reposting you.
23:25Can you still believe you're chosen?

23:34Even in obscurity.
23:36Because obscurity is a training ground.
23:38It's you are.
23:40Stop saying you're not enough.
23:42You are.
23:43Stop saying you're too broken.
23:44Too old.
23:45Too late.
23:46That's not your truth.
23:47That's your trauma talking.
23:49And if you keep feeding yourself the language of defeat.
23:52Don't be surprised when your life follows.
23:55You've got to learn how to become your own encourager.
23:59Your own fire starter.
24:00Your own reminder.
24:01I'm not saying we don't need people.
24:04We do.
24:04But if your belief is built on their belief.
24:09What happens when they leave?
24:10What happens when they change?
24:12What happens when they can't see what you see?
24:14You better know who you are when no one else does.
24:18And I mean really know it.
24:19And I mean really know it.
24:21Not just quoting scriptures.
24:23Not just repeating affirmations you saw online.
24:27But deeply, intimately, undeniably convinced that there is something inside of you that this world needs.
24:36That your voice matters.
24:38That your voice matters.
24:39That your presence matters.
24:41That your story, flawed and complicated and raw, is still worthy of being heard.
24:47Because once you truly believe in you, you stop negotiating with doubt.
24:53You stop shrinking to fit in rooms you were born to lead.
24:56You stop second guessing every idea, every move, every instinct.
25:01And you start walking like you're already approved.
25:04Not by man.
25:06By God.
25:07You stop performing and start producing.
25:09You stop surviving and start living.
25:12You stop wondering if you're enough and start showing up like you know you are.
25:16So for the next few days, I dare you to change your inner conversation.
25:19When that voice rises up and says, you can't do this, answer it with, watch me.
25:25When it says, who do you think you are?
25:27Say, I know exactly who I am.
25:29When it tries to remind you of your past, reminded of your purpose.
25:33Reminded that you've been through hell and still got breath in your body.
25:37Reminded that you're not built to break.
25:40Talk like someone who knows they're going somewhere.
25:43Move like someone who's already seen the end from the beginning.
25:48Speak to yourself like your future depends on it.
25:50Because it does.
25:53You don't need more proof.
25:54You just need more belief.
25:56The real question is this.
25:59After you've talked to yourself for three days, then what?
26:01Because anybody can shout for a moment.
26:04Anybody can write down a few declarations.
26:05Anybody can get hyped off a sermon or a podcast or a post.
26:11But what happens when the moment ends and life goes back to normal?
26:16What happens when Monday comes and you're no longer inspired?
26:21Just tired.
26:22See, the last thing I want for you is to have a three-day spark and a lifetime of silence.
26:32I then challenge you to talk to yourself just so you could feel better for a few days.
26:38I challenge you so you could remember how to live.
26:42So you could awaken something inside of you that doesn't go back to sleep.
26:46This isn't about a temporary high.
26:49This is about building a permanent shift.
26:52And the only way to sustain it is with discipline.
26:55I know that's not a popular word.
26:57We love breakthroughs.
26:59We love anointing.
27:00We love overflow and favor.
27:04But none of that matters if you don't have the discipline to maintain what God gives you.
27:10It's easy to believe when the atmosphere is charged.
27:12It's easy to talk to yourself when the crowd is cheering, when the lights are on.
27:18But what about when it's quiet?
27:19What about when it's just you and your thoughts at 3 a.m.?
27:23And the fear comes creeping back in.
27:26What about when the things you spoke in faith won't try to call you again?
27:31Just because you broke the silence doesn't mean the lies won't return.
27:35But this time, you won't be caught off guard.
27:38This time, you'll know how to fight back, not with your fists.
27:43But with your faith, with your discipline, with the daily decision to feed your future instead of your fear.
27:49You don't have to be loud.
27:51You just have to be consistent.
27:54Consistency builds confidence.
27:56Confidence builds clarity.
27:58And clarity helps you walk like you belong.
28:01Even in places that used to intimidate you.
28:03I know some of you have tried before.
28:06You started speaking life, started building a new mindset, started walking in purpose, and then life knocked the wind out of you.
28:13And you went quiet again.
28:15You shut down again.
28:17But can I tell you something?
28:19That fall wasn't your failure.
28:22It was your training ground.
28:23To affirm your value.
28:26Practice your worth daily.
28:29Build your belief like it's a routine, not a rescue.
28:34It's just like going to the gym.
28:36You don't lift one time and walk away expecting transformation.
28:39No.
28:40You commit.
28:42You train.
28:43You succeed.
