00:00I don't know who I came to talk to tonight, but somebody in this room
00:04or watching this stream has been bleeding in silence. You've been loving people who don't
00:11love you back. You've been showing up for folks who wouldn't even notice if you disappeared.
00:17You've been breaking your back, trying to carry people who wouldn't even hold your hand.
00:22And I came with a word from heaven to tell you,
00:25enough is enough. You've been crying over people who were never assigned to your destiny.
00:32You've been asking God why they won't change. But the real question is, why are you still holding on?
00:39Some of you are so busy trying to keep people in your life who don't even care if you're alive.
00:44You're giving VIP access to people who wouldn't even buy a ticket to your growth.
00:49But tonight, tonight is your turning point. Tonight is your release.
00:55And yet you're the one bringing the whole meal. You're showing up for people who don't even clap
01:01when you win. And let's be honest, you've been lying to yourself, telling yourself it's loyalty
01:06when really it's fear. You're afraid that if you stop showing up, you'll be forgotten.
01:13But let me tell you the truth. If they forget you just because you stopped performing,
01:18they never remembered you to begin with. See, the enemy doesn't always come dressed in red
01:22with horns and a pitchfork. Sometimes the enemy comes dressed as neglect,
01:28as silence, as indifference.
01:33And if you're not careful, you'll start internalizing that silence like it's your fault.
01:39You'll start shrinking yourself to fit into rooms where you were always meant to stand tall.
01:44God didn't make you in his image just so you could live like an option in someone's life.
01:50You were fearfully and wonderfully made, not partially, not halfway, wonderfully made.
01:55But the enemy wants you to forget that.
01:58He wants to convince you that your value is tied to how much people like you or how many people stay.
02:03And so you chase, you beg, you explain yourself over and over again to people who are already committed
02:12to misunderstanding you.
02:14You keep auditioning for roles you already qualify for.
02:17And God is saying, why are you still applying for acceptance in rooms I already removed you from?
02:24You spend years letting people write on the chalkboard of your identity with their rejection,
02:30their inconsistency, their disregard.
02:33But I came to tell you tonight, it's time to erase their handwriting.
02:37It's time to take the pen back and let God rewrite your worth.
02:42Because here's the truth.
02:44What you tolerate, you teach.
02:48If you tolerate being ignored, you teach them to overlook you.
02:52If you tolerate being used, you teach them that your soul is dispensable.
02:57You keep wondering why your spirit is tired, why you can't pray like you used to,
03:01why you wake up in the morning already exhausted.
03:04It's because emotional poverty is draining your spiritual account.
03:11You've been overdrawn in relationships that are bankrupt.
03:14You've been sowing into soil that has no intention of bearing fruit.
03:18And I'm here to tell you, it's not noble to stay where you're not valued.
03:23It's not loyally.
03:24It's self-abandonment.
03:27Let's go deeper.
03:29Some of you were raised to believe that love has to hurt to be real.
03:35That attention must be earned.
03:36That you must prove your worth.
03:38Even in friendships.
03:39Even in family.
03:40So now you're an adult, still proving, still pleasing, still bending yourself backwards
03:48to gain crumbs of affection.
03:51But real love, real love, doesn't require performance.
03:57It doesn't demand that you shrink or silence your soul.
04:00Love honors.
04:02Love sees.
04:03Love stays.
04:04Even when applause fades.
04:06You've been crying at night over people who sleep just fine.
04:10You've been praying for people who don't even think about you.
04:14And you're losing sleep over folks who will forget your name if you stop texting.
04:20But God says, I see you.
04:23I never sleep.
04:25I never slumber.
04:26And I care.
04:27So why are you allowing people who don't even care to define the rhythm of your heart?
04:33You're more than their opinions.
04:35You're more than their silence.
04:37You're more than their inconsistency.
04:39And I know, I know, it's hard to accept that some people you love deeply never saw your heart.
04:47It hurts.
04:48But Frio is on the other side of truth.
04:52And the truth is this.
04:54You were not made to be an afterthought.
04:57Don't waste another season explaining your value to people who have no spiritual vision.
05:02Don't let their blindness become your identity.
05:04If they can't see the light in you, it's because they're not aligned with the God who made you.
05:09But when you finally see yourself through God's eyes, you'll stop chasing people and start chasing purpose.
05:16So I dare you.
05:17I dare you to stop asking, why don't they love me?
05:20And start asking, why do I keep giving my love to people who don't know what to do with it?
05:30Because the moment you recognize your worth is the moment you walk different, talk different, pray different.
05:35You stop waiting for invitations and start building rooms.
05:39You stop begging for a seat and realize you're always the label.
05:43And until you see that, you'll stay bound.
05:46But once you do, once you really, truly see it, that's where freedom begins.
05:52There comes a time in your life when you have to accept the reality that no matter how much love you pour out, some things just won't live again.
06:00And I know that sounds hard, maybe even a little harsh, but it's the truth that's going to set somebody free tonight.
06:06You can't keep watering what God has already pronounced dead.
06:12You can't keep trying to resuscitate relationships that God has already removed his breath from.
06:18See, some of you are exhausted, not because you're lazy, not because you don't have faith, not because you don't pray,
06:24but because you're pouring gallons of grace into ground that no longer bears fruit.
06:31And then you get discouraged when nothing changes, but the soil isn't the problem.
06:37It's the season.
06:38That season is over.
06:39That connection has expired, and no matter how much love you give, how many calls you make, how many tears you cry,
06:45it will not rise again because it's not your job to resurrect what God buried.
06:52But because we're human, because we have history, because our hearts are invested,
06:58we keep showing up to the same empty well, hoping this time we'll find water.
07:03And we fool ourselves by calling it faith when really it's just fear, fear of letting go, fear of starting over, fear of admitting that something we loved doesn't love us back.
07:15And I know some of y'all don't want to hear this, but sometimes faith is not holding on.
07:23Sometimes faith is letting go.
07:25Faith is trusting that if it's really yours, it will flourish without force.
07:29That if it's meant for you, it won't keep draining you.
07:33God doesn't give us blessings wrapped in burnout.
07:36God doesn't call us to assignments that crush us with confusion.
07:40You've been praying, Lord, give me peace.
07:43But God can't give you peace where there's still desperation.
07:47You've been asking him to bless what you're building, but the blueprint was never his.
07:51And no matter how beautifully you decorate it, if the foundation is broken, the whole house will fall.
07:57That's why you've got to stop investing in what refuses to grow.
08:03Because when you water dead things, you don't just waste water.
08:07You weaken yourself.
08:09You drain your spirit.
08:11You lose your joy.
08:13And before you know it, you become bitter while trying to be a blessing.
08:16Some of you are staying in friendships that no longer serve your spirit.
08:20You're staying in environments that you've outgrown just because it's familiar.
08:26And I get it.
08:28Barity feels safe.
08:30But safe doesn't mean sacred.
08:33Just because you've known someone for years doesn't mean they still have a place in your destiny.
08:39Longevity doesn't equal loyalty.
08:42And comfort doesn't always mean calling.
08:47And here's the dangerous part.
08:48When you keep watering what's dead, you begin to believe the lie that it's your fault.
08:53It's not growing.
08:54The enemy starts whispering, maybe if you gave more.
08:57Maybe if you prayed harder.
08:59Maybe if you changed yourself just a little more, they'd love you right.
09:03They'd stay this time.
09:05They'd see your heart.
09:06And that lie will have you carrying guilt for something that was never yours to fix.
09:10You are not the savior.
09:12You are not the healer.
09:13You are not the resurrection.
09:15That's not your job.
09:17You are not responsible for making something live that doesn't want to be alive.
09:22And when?
09:22Because God sent me to tell you, it's time to free yourself from the ones who don't care about you.
09:32Oh, yes, this ain't going to be a soft word.
09:34This is a surgical word.
09:35This is a word that cuts, but it heals.
09:38This is a word that will pull you out of emotional bondage, out of spiritual fatigue, and into the freedom you've been praying for.
09:49So, if you're tired of pretending, if you're tired of pouring and never been poured into, if you're tired of dying in spaces where you're supposed to be growing, then lean in.
10:02Don't just hear this message.
10:03Receive it.
10:04Because what I'm about to speak, not just to speak, it's your deliverance.
10:10Let me tell you something that might shake your soul a little bit tonight.
10:14You will never be free until you realize what you're worth.
10:20You've been sitting at tables where you're barely being.
10:24It's not cruel to stop watering something that's not growing.
10:30It's wisdom.
10:31It's discernment.
10:32And it's necessary.
10:34Because your peace is too precious, your energy too sacred, your calling too important, to waste on people, places, and patterns that no longer produce.
10:47You've been called to walk in freedom.
10:49This is simply this.
10:51Put the watering can down.
10:53Some of the greatest blessings in your life didn't come wrapped in yes.
10:57They came wrapped in rejection.
11:00I know it didn't feel like a blessing when they walked away.
11:02I know it didn't feel like grace when they stopped calling, stopped caring, stopped showing up.
11:07But let me tell you something you might not see in the middle of the pain.
11:11Sometimes their rejection is heaven's redirect.
11:15You were never meant to stay in every room.
11:18You finally accept that when you stop trying to revive what God already let go.
11:24That's when healing begins.
11:25Stop rehearsing the same conversations.
11:29Stop rewriting the past with better endings.
11:33Stop praying for what God is trying to protect you from.
11:36Because sometimes the blessing is not in what he gives, but in what he removes.
11:41He closed the door not to punish you, but to preserve you.
11:44He ended the connection not to hurt you, but to preserve you.
11:56He ended the connection not to hurt you, but to preserve you.
12:01He ended the connection not to hurt you, but to preserve you.
12:05He ended the connection not to hurt you, but to preserve you.
12:08He ended the connection not to hurt you, but to preserve you.
12:13He ended the connection not to hurt you, but as long as your hands are full of what's dead,
12:18you won't be able to receive what's living.
12:21And the longer you water dead things, the more you delay your own harvest.
12:27So you've got a decision to make.
12:29Will you keep wasting your strength on what's finished?
12:32Or will you trust God to lead you into something that's fruitful?
12:37It's not a betrayal to let go.
12:40It's hurt.
12:41You ain't called to hold on to everybody you met.
12:44And just because someone was part of your journey doesn't mean they were assigned to your destination.
12:50God will allow people to exit your life, not because he's punishing you, but because he's protecting you.
12:56You cried over who left, but what you didn't know is God was clearing the way.
13:00You grieved the separation, but he was pulling you closer to your purpose.
13:05I know it's hard.
13:07Rejection stings.
13:09It shakes your confidence.
13:11It makes you question what you did wrong.
13:13You start replaying every word, every conversation, asking yourself, was I not enough?
13:22What could I have done differently?
13:25Well, let me tell you something straight.
13:27You don't lose value just because they didn't see it.
13:30Their inability to recognize your worth is not an indication that you don't.
13:35It's delivering you.
13:36Delivering you out of relationships that were rooted in dysfunction.
13:41Delivering you out of environments that were limiting your growth.
13:45Delivering you from attachments that looked like love, but were fueled by control.
13:50Don't you know that if they were meant to stay, nothing could have moved them?
13:55If they were sent by God, they wouldn't have treated you like an option.
13:59And yet, you're still looking at the door they walked out of, crying over people God removed.
14:05But what you call rejection, God calls release.
14:09What you thought was abandonment was actually alignment.
14:15He wasn't breaking your heart to punish you.
14:19He was breaking the illusion that you needed them to be whole.
14:24You've been stuck in places God already moved you from, mostly.
14:29Still stuck in heartbreak that happened five years ago.
14:33Still playing, have any.
14:35Some people are spiritually blind, emotionally immature, or just plain selfish.
14:41And none of that has anything to do with your identity.
14:44You've got to stop assigning your self-worth to someone else's inability to appreciate you.
14:50You are not disposable.
14:51You are not forgettable.
14:52You are not invisible to the one who made you.
14:55They may have overlooked you, but God saw you the whole time.
14:58They may have walked out, but God never left.
15:00And sometimes, he'll allow people to exit so he can finally enter.
15:05See, we ask God to guide us, to grow us, to elevate us.
15:11And then we get upset when he starts removing the people who can't go where we're going.
15:15You can't ask for next level and still want to hold on to last season.
15:23God will strip the comfort to stretch the calling.
15:27And sometimes, the very thing you thought was destroying highlight reels in your head, hoping maybe they'll come back.
15:32Maybe they'll apologize.
15:34Maybe they'll finally get it.
15:36But here's the truth.
15:38They might never get it.
15:39They might never say sorry.
15:42They might never understand how deeply they hurt you.
15:45But their understanding is not your closure.
15:48God is your closure.
15:51Rejection was never meant to define you.
15:55It was meant to redirect you.
15:58I pray.
15:58And when you stop chasing out for people who rejected you, you start discovering the people and places where you truly belong.
16:07You start experiencing peace you didn't know you were missing.
16:11You start building again without the burden of begging.
16:14You thought the loss was the end, but it was actually the beginning.
16:17It was a start, a version of you that no longer needs validation from broken people.
16:23It was the beginning of a mindset that no longer needs permission to walk in power.
16:30You can't keep allowing your past to sit in the front row of your future.
16:35At some point, you have to stop grieving who left and start growing from what you learned.
16:40And can I tell you something?
16:42If they rejected you, it's because they weren't assigned to love the real you.
16:47They couldn't handle your authenticity.
16:50They couldn't handle your growth.
16:54They couldn't handle your purpose.
16:56And instead of trying to fit yourself into spaces that shrink you, it's time to rise into places that celebrate you.
17:03You're not behind.
17:04You're not broken.
17:05You're not forgotten.
17:06You're being positioned.
17:08And that pain, that pain was not to destroy you.
17:11It was to push you.
17:13Push you into clarity.
17:15Push you into confidence.
17:17Push you into calling.
17:19So stop waiting for closure from people who never had the capacity to hold your heart.
17:25You've cried long enough.
17:27You've wondered long enough.
17:29You've begged long enough.
17:31Walk away knowing that their rejection was your redirection.
17:36You've been carrying people who were never meant to be your responsibility.
17:39You've been trying to be everything to everybody, and it's wearing you down.
17:45You smile for them, pray for them, answer every call, meet every need.
17:49And yet, when your heart is heavy, when your soul is tired, when you need someone to lean on, there's silence.
17:59You're the strong one, the dependable one, the one everyone runs to.
18:04But who do you run to?
18:06You're not tired because you're weak.
18:09You're tired because you're overextended.
18:12You're giving out of a place that hasn't been refilled.
18:16And you're being stretched in every direction.
18:18And you call it love, but it's not love if it's costing you.
18:22Through yourself.
18:24Somewhere along the way, you confuse being available with being whole.
18:28But you can't heal others when you're bleeding.
18:32You can't keep pouring out when your cup is cracked.
18:36Some of you have wrapped your identity in being needed.
18:40You feel guilty when you set boundaries.
18:43You feel selfish when you say no.
18:46You've been conditioned to think that your worth is proven by how much you can endure.
18:51So you stay, you serve, you sacrifice, even when it's killing your joy.
18:56Even when it's robbing your peace.
18:58You tell yourself, they need me.
19:01But the truth is, some of them don't need you.
19:03They're just comfortable with you carrying the load they refuse to bear.
19:08It's a hard truth, but you need to hear it.
19:11You are not Jesus.
19:14You are not the Savior.
19:17You are not the solution to everyone's chaos.
19:21And it is not your assignment.
19:23That's enabling.
19:26And it's costing you your purpose.
19:28It's distracting you from your calling.
19:31It's keeping you tied up in their crisis while your own life is on pause.
19:35You've got to stop letting guilt hold you hostage.
19:39Yes, you love them.
19:42Yes, you want the best for them.
19:44But you are not required to sacrifice your sanity just to prove your loyalty.
19:50You can love people and still step back.
19:53You can care and still say, I can't do this anymore.
19:55That doesn't make you wrong.
19:56That doesn't make you selfish.
19:57That makes you wise.
19:59Even Jesus had moments where he stepped away from the crowd.
20:04He retreated to rest.
20:06He didn't heal every person he walked by.
20:09He didn't perform miracles on demand.
20:11He knew his assignment.
20:13And he protected his boundaries.
20:16If the Son of God made space to rest, what makes you think you don't need to?
20:22But here's rescue people who refuse to grow.
20:25You can encourage them.
20:27You can pray for them.
20:28You can walk with them.
20:29But you cannot carry them.
20:30Especially when they have no intention of walking on their own.
20:36You've mistaken toxic loyalty for godly love.
20:40You think because you've been friends since childhood, or because they're family, or because
20:46you feel responsible, that you have to stay in positions that drain you.
20:50But let me tell you something.
20:51God will never call you to something that consistently robs you of his peace.
20:56If it's God-ordained, it will strengthen you.
20:59It will grow you.
21:01It will challenge you.
21:03But it will not destroy you.
21:04Some of y'all become emotional crutches.
21:07People lean on you, and they never learn how to stand.
21:11And instead of challenging them to rise, you keep lowering yourself to carry them.
21:16That's not love.
21:16And if they don't, they were never meant to stay.
21:22Let this be the day you stop feeling guilty for letting go of people who only stay close when
21:28they benefit.
21:29Let this be the moment you stop answering every crisis call that steals your calm.
21:35Let this be the turning point where you finally choose you, your mental health, your emotional
21:41balance, your spiritual life.
21:43Because you matter, too.
21:45You cannot be everything to everyone.
21:47And still be true to yourself.
21:48You keep waiting for them to see you.
21:51To acknowledge the sacrifice.
21:54To honor the loyalty.
21:56To finally say, I see what you've been doing for me.
21:58But what happens when they never say it?
22:02What do you do when the people you've loved the most are the ones who treat you like you're
22:07invisible?
22:09That's the pain nobody talks about.
22:11The pain of being present for people who are the real issue.
22:16Some of you are afraid that if you stop being everything to them, they'll leave.
22:22And the truth is, they might.
22:24But if your value in their life is only based on what you do for them, then their love was
22:29never real to begin with.
22:30That was a transaction, not a relationship.
22:32Real love doesn't disappear when the giving stops.
22:36Real love doesn't punish you for protecting your peace.
22:39So what's it going to be?
22:41Are you going to keep breaking yourself down to build others up?
22:45Are you going to keep showing up empty while pretending to be full?
22:49Are you finally going to realize that you can't be everything to everybody and still be whole
22:55for yourself?
22:57You don't have to carry everyone.
22:59You don't have to explain your boundaries.
23:01You don't owe anyone an apology for protecting your peace.
23:05If they really care, they'll act like you're not even there.
23:10And yet you stay.
23:12You keep showing up hoping that maybe this time they'll notice.
23:15This time they'll appreciate it.
23:17You overextend yourself trying to earn what should have been freely given.
23:21Basic human care.
23:23You settle for crumbs of attention when you've been serving meals of devotion.
23:27But listen, love shouldn't have to be earned.
23:31Through exhaustion.
23:33Respect shouldn't come only after you've bled.
23:35And yet some of you are performing in relationships, bending yourself into unnatural shapes just to be tolerated.
23:43You were never made to live like that.
23:47You think that if you just love harder, pray harder, stay longer, they'll finally change.
23:53But what if they don't?
23:55What if the problem isn't your lack of effort, but their lack of capacity?
23:59Because some people don't know how to love on your level.
24:03They can't give what they've never received.
24:06They can't speak life when all they know is silence.
24:10And it's not your fault.
24:12That's the lie the enemy keeps whispering.
24:15It's your fault they act like that.
24:16Maybe if you were different.
24:18Maybe if you toned it down.
24:19Maybe if you needed less.
24:20No.
24:21You are not too much.
24:23You are not the problem.
24:25Some of you have been conditioned to survive off emotional scraps.
24:28And now when someone gives you the bare minimum, you call it love.
24:32When someone checks on you once in a while, you call it support.
24:35But you've got to raise your standard.
24:37You've got to stop confusing attention with affection.
24:41Don't let the drought of your past teach you to settle for less than you deserve.
24:47Let's talk truth.
24:49You can't make someone value you by devaluing yourself.
24:53You can't force someone to care by proving your worth.
24:57If they can't see the gift that you are, it's because they're not equipped to handle it.
25:03And it hurts.
25:04It hurts when the people you thought would be permanent treat you like a placeholder.
25:08When the ones you trusted with your heart carry it like it's disposable, that kind of pain leaves a scar.
25:16But even scars are proof that healing is happening.
25:19You can't keep waiting on people to change who never even ask to be different.
25:24Some folks are not going to grow because they don't want to.
25:27Some people are not going to love you better because they don't believe they need to.
25:32And you staying won't fix that.
25:35Your tears won't fix that.
25:37Your presence won't convict someone who's already numb to your worth.
25:43At some point, you have to stop trying to convince people to treat you right and start treating yourself right.
25:48At some point, you have to stop begging for reciprocity and walk where you are celebrated, not merely tolerated.
25:55Because here's the truth.
25:57When you stop accepting less, less stops showing up.
26:01When you stop answering to mistreatment, it stops knocking on your door.
26:06But as long as you tolerate it, it will continue.
26:10And I know why you stay.
26:13I know it's because deep down, you believe they can love you better.
26:16You see the potential in them.
26:18You remember the good moments.
26:21But don't let potential keep you a prisoner.
26:23You cannot build a healthy life on what you hope they become.
26:26If who they are right now is draining you, breaking you, silencing you, then it's time to reevaluate why you're still holding on.
26:36You were created for more than this.
26:38You were made in the image of a God who is love.
26:42Pure, whole, and constant.
26:45And he never called you to relationships that make you question your identity.
26:49He never assigns you to people who would teach you to hate yourself just to keep the peace.
26:55That's not love.
26:56That's bondage.
26:58You don't have to keep proving yourself to people who were never meant to carry your heart.
27:02You don't have to keep standing in places where your presence is optional and your absence goes unnoticed.
27:08You don't have to keep loving people who make you feel like a burden.
27:11Because if it costs your peace, it's too expensive.
27:14If it silences your soul, it's not your space.
27:18And here's the hard truth.
27:20It's not your job to make them care.
27:22Some people will never show up for you in the way you hoped.
27:26And that's not your failure.
27:28That's just a sign.
27:30It's time to stop showing up where love doesn't live.
27:33So, if they don't see you, that's fine.
27:37If they don't clap for you, that's fine.
27:40If they don't value you, that's fine.
27:42But you better start seeing you.
27:44You better start clapping for yourself.
27:46You better start walking like someone who knows exactly who they are.
27:52Because the moment you stop begging them to care is the moment you start truly loving yourself.
27:58Some of you are standing at the edge of freedom, but you're still holding the hand of your path.
28:03Still tethered to people, to patterns, to pain that no longer serves your growth.
28:10And God is trying to pull you into healing, into clarity, into peace.
28:16But you can't walk forward when your heart is still backward.
28:21You can't claim your future while your loyalty is still tied to what broke you.
28:27Let me tell you something that might sound simple, but will shake you if you let it.
28:31You don't have to stay where you no longer belong.
28:34You don't have to keep showing up in rooms that silence your voice.
28:38In relationships that dismiss your value.
28:42In spaces that suffocate your spirit.
28:46Just because you were there yesterday doesn't mean you have to be there tomorrow.
28:51You're allowed to change.
28:53You're allowed to grow.
28:54You're allowed to walk away.
28:57But that takes courage.
28:58That takes honesty.
28:59Because it's easier to stay where you've always been.
29:01It's easier to stay bound to what you know.
29:06Even when it hurts.
29:08Than to face the unknown of healing.
29:10Pain can become familiar.
