00:08unfortunately, probably, council tax are going to have to go up to do it.

00:11So we need to look at this and there's more to it and it's not my portfolio.

00:14So I'm saying we've got to look at everything, have an informed base from which to make decisions

00:19and make sure that you are consulted at the right time and communicated with.
