00:31ang kinabukasan at programa ng buong komunidad ng mga national athletes and coaches sa bansa.

00:37At dahil nang galing na sa iba't ibang national sports association si O'Gregorio bilang ofisya,

00:42kabilang ang pagiging former Secretary General ng ABAP mula 2009 hanggang 2016,

00:48mapapadali nitong solusyonan at punan ng mga hinain at pangangailangan ng bawat sports federation sa bansa.

00:54Sa panayam ng PTV Sports bilang dating katrabaho sa ABAP,

00:58ibinahagi ni Manalo kung papaano gumalaw at magtrabahong si Gregorio para sa mga atleta.

01:06And ako personally, I've worked with him in the past with ABAP.

01:15And so, in a way, kumaga alam ko yung the way he thinks.

01:22So, very structured, merong framework, kumaga yung mga mental models siya, clear.

01:27And ang laking advantage, he came from NSA's, different NSA's.

01:34And makikita natin dun sa presentation niya na talagang merong practical and immediate impact agad sa athletes and NSA's yung mga plano niya.

01:45Maliban sa poder ng PSC, ipinahayag din ni Manalo na magiging maganda ang kolaborasyon ng leadership ni Gregorio sa Philippine Olympic Committee o POC sa pamumuno ni Abraham Bambol Tolentino.

01:58Yeah, we definitely look forward to his leadership.

02:02Feeling ko, ano, it's gonna be very beneficial and impactful sa, yan, national athletes, coaches, NSA's, yung partnership rin, or yung collaboration rin with the Philippine Olympic Committee.
