00:05Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile on his 101st birthday, lauding him as a statesman, legal,

00:12luminary, and exemplary public servant.

00:15The Chief Executive emphasized that Enrile has not only witnessed history, but has actively

00:19shaped it and generously shared his wealth of wisdom and experience.

00:23Reflecting on his own presidency, the Chief Executive also expressed gratitude for the

00:28guidance he has received from Enrile, noting that all presidents, including himself, have

00:33benefited from Enrile's counsel.

00:36He also highlighted the coincidence of Enrile's birthday with Valentine's Day and expressed

00:41that the nation is truly blessed to have him as part of the team.

00:45Born on February 14, 1924 in Gonzaga, Cagayan, Enrile has had a distinguished career in public

00:52service, including roles as Senate President and Defense Minister.
