00:57In Austria, the 9th International Seminar of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries considered one of the most important events in the energy industry kicked off in Vienna on Wednesday.
01:22The seminar will take place from July 9th to the 10th, 2025 under the theme Charting Pathways Together, the Future of Global Energy.
01:31Among the guests are political figures from OPEC member countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Nigeria and others who will participate in the creation of cooperation as well as participants from energy producing and consuming nations.
01:44Founded in 1949, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is an intergovernmental group created to coordinate and unify the oil policies of its member countries as well as to regulate the international crude oil market.
01:59In this context, Venezuelan Executive Vice President, Hydrocarbons Minister Delce Rodriguez took part in the 9th International Seminar of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries in Vienna.
02:11Rodriguez stressed that the energy transition must be balanced and called for the end of agressions to energy exporting countries.
02:18The Venezuelan Vice President stated that the energy trilemma allows guaranteeing its future supply and its accessibility.

06:07Israeli occupation forces have claimed over 100 Palestinian lives in the Gaza Strip in the last hours as a result of their recurring onslaughts.
06:15Health briefings detail that the advance of the Sionist troops had caused more than 500 injured and many victims were still trapped in the rubble.
06:22Likewise, health authorities warned that several people had been killed in the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation Aid Distribution Centers controlled by Israel and the United States.
06:31Since October 7, 2023, the ongoing Israeli genocide has pushed up the Palestinian death row to near 57,700 people, namely women and children.
06:41The Israeli regime has committed new war crimes by attacking camps of displaced Palestinians since Wednesday morning.

07:12Additionally, two people were killed and several were injured in an attack on a tent sheltering displaced families in Han Junis.
07:19Health authorities report that at least 37,700 people have been killed and more than 136,000 have been wounded in Gaza as a result of Israel's Genocide campaign launched in October 2023.
07:31And thousands of people gathered in the center of Paris to form a large red human line, symbolizing their condemnation of the genocide currently being endured by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
07:46On Tuesday, a large group of demonstrators wearing red clothing gathered at La Place de la République to symbolically recall that all red lines have been crossed in Gaza.
07:55The demonstration was organized by several humanitarian organizations and NGOs.

12:50in six central Texas counties following devastating floods.
12:53Most of the victims occurred in Kirk County, where at least 84 people died, including 30 children.
12:58Coroner Greg Abbott said that about a dozen people are missing in other regions of the states.
13:04Counties affected by the floods include Travis, Kendall, Burnett, Williamson and Tom Green County.
13:10Roads and low water crossing in central Texas remain closed.
13:14Meanwhile, hundreds of volunteers and more than 20 state agencies are participating in rescue efforts.
13:27And Guatemalan authorities report two deaths and material damage after two earthquakes of magnitude 5.2 and 5.7,
13:33an epicenter in the south of the country.
13:36On Tuesday, authorities reported the death of two men, aged 53 and 20,

15:28Chinese authorities have reported damages in northwestern and southern regions of the country due to heavy rains.
15:38Precisely, in the northwestern Chinese province of Shanxi, more than 1,545 residents were reportedly evacuated
15:46due to flooding that submerged streets and infrastructure in several urban neighborhoods.
15:50Meanwhile, in the southern province of Guizu, flash floods swept through Sisu County, while further south,
15:57the metropolitan of Chongqing also experienced heavy rainfall.
16:00In this context, rescue teams continue to search for at least five missing individuals
16:04and have issued warnings due to the persistence of geological hazards, including landslides.
