00:05of its officers for driving a departmental vehicle recklessly in Simpangpulai, Perak.

00:11JPJ Director-General Datuk A.D. Fadli Ramli said the officer has been issued a summons

00:17for overtaking on a double line, an action captured in a 12-second video that went viral

00:24earlier this week.

00:25Additional disciplinary measures include a driving ban for all departmental vehicles,

00:30suspension from duty, and reassignment to a non-operational post at JPJ headquarters, pending

00:37a full investigation.

00:39JPJ has also launched further inquiries to determine if other offences were committed by the officer.
