00:05will be charged at the Sepang court on Thursday.

00:08Sepang OCPD Assistant Commissioner Norhizam Bahaman said the 20-year-old main suspect and

00:14his girlfriend, who is also the victim's housemate, will be charged under Section 302

00:20of the Penal Code for Murder.

00:22He said the Attorney General's chambers has instructed that the two suspects be prosecuted

00:27for the murder.

00:28Earlier, the main suspect was supposed to be charged on Tuesday, but it was postponed.

00:34The prosecution was postponed pending instructions from the AGC.

00:38It was reported that the main suspect was among four individuals detained in connection with

00:44the murder.

00:45Three others detained were women, one of whom was the victim's housemate.

00:50It was previously reported that the victim, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy student, was found

00:56dead in a student's hostel in Cyberjaya.

00:59The victim, who was from Kuching, Sarawak, was discovered unconscious with visible injuries
