New Delhi, July 8, 2025 (ANI): CDS Gen Anil Chauhan said, "The global security situation today is in a state of flux. The world is transitioning between two orders. Amid this chaos, the U.S. stance adds to an additional layer of complexity, which we are all aware. So the other important part, as far as national security is concerned, is about economic and trade security. A resilient and dynamic economy is the bedrock of national strength, ensuring stable growth and sustainable development. Social and internal security is another dimension of national security. And for a country which is multilingual, multiethnic, multireligious, I think this internal security is very, very important and should be an intrinsic part of any social security architecture."
