01:15The resistance movement Hamas is currently in touch with leaders of the Palestinian groups to discuss a
01:19new ceasefire proposal received from the mediators. Hamas declared that it will present its final
01:24decision to mediators, including in the agreement a gradual exchange of 10 living and 18 dead hostages
01:30for hundreds of Palestinian prisoners. The proposal follows a report of an alleged agreement by Israel
01:35to carry out a near-complete withdrawal of its military troops from Gaza under a possible 60-day
01:40ceasefire. Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression in the Palestinian
01:45territory, killing 16 people and wounding dozens more in an attack on people waiting for egg trucks
01:51east of Hanjunis. At least 20 were killed and several more wounded. When Israeli forces
02:02showed an open fire on displaced people's tents in Hanjunis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip on
02:07Friday morning. According to local media reports, 15 people were killed in a bombardment near the
02:12Taiba Towers, three in the El Sabra neighborhood and two at the humanitarian aid center north of Rafa.
02:18These deaths are in addition to the more than 100 people killed by the Israeli army in various areas
02:23of the Gaza Strip on Thursday. It is believed that Palestinian armed factions ambushed an Israeli maneuver force
02:29operating in the region, prompting the army to intensify its operations early Friday morning.
02:33Our authorities recorded explosions and plumes of smoke after Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon.
02:46The Israeli army claimed to have carried out airstrikes against military positions containing weapons
02:52cached as well as military buildings and terrorist infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah resistance
02:58movement in southern Lebanon. This incident comes amidst a recent escalation of tensions on the
03:03Lebanon-Israel border where exchanges of fire between Israeli forces and the Hezbollah group have
03:07intensified in recent weeks. The shedding also caused panic among residents, although no fatalities
03:12have been confirmed so far.
03:20And after the British band Bob Dylan used the slogan against the Israeli armed forces at the
03:25Glastonbury Festival, a German concert venue canceled their opening act performance for Gogol Bordello's
03:31European tour. The decision came after the media outrage generated by Last Start Saturday's performance
03:36on the West Holt stage amid Israeli aggression that has resulted in the death of more than 57,000
03:42Palestinians. Similarly, organizers of the Raider Festival in Manchester and Cave Fest in France
03:48canceled their events. Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of State revoked the band's visas,
03:52jeopardizing their planned October tour despite the sanctions. The band reaffirmed its position,
03:57staying in silence is not an option. The Palestinian people are suffering.
04:07And in Sudan, humanitarian organizations warned of attacks on health institutions across the country,
04:12calling them atrocities against civilians. In a report on the title,
04:16besieged attacked starving. The entity maintained that health care is unviable due to systematic
04:23attacks. Doctors without borders state that 70 percent of medical cities in Sudan have been
04:27shut down or are simply operating and that there is no sign of an end to the conflict. This war,
04:36which began in April 2023, has left the population struggling with a lack of food security and the
04:41danger of famine exposing citizens to the vulnerability of disease, outbreaks such as cholera, which given
04:47the collapse of the health system, has become difficult to control.
04:56As to international actors, UN member states and bodies, the states with influence over the warring
05:02parties who provide them military, economic or diplomatic support, they must use all their leverage.
05:10Russia became the first country to formally recognize the Taliban-led regime in Afghanistan
05:15since it took power in 2021. The Russian Foreign Minister said in a statement that the act of official
05:21recognition of the government of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will boost the development of
05:26fruitful bilateral cooperation between the two countries in different areas. The Russian Ministry
05:31stressed that this future cooperation will have its main focus in trade, energy, transport,
05:36agriculture and infrastructure, as well as the fight against crimes related to drug trafficking.

05:54Meanwhile in Indonesia, rescue teams continue to search for 29 people missing after a ferry
05:59bound for the island of Beli, Capsize, an accident that has so far left six people dead. Teams from the
06:05National Search and Rescue Agency are searching by land, water and air in the Beli Strait where the
06:11boat with 53 passengers and 12 crew members sank on Wednesday night. So far, 29 people have been
06:17rescued. The search for was halted on Thursday night to be heard soon on Friday at 8 a.m local time with
06:23the deployment of aircrafts. Authorities anticipate a strong tide for the day with waves of four meters that
06:29will make the search more difficult. At least 20 people were injured in Italy when an explosion occurred
06:42at a gas station southwest of Rome. According to police sources, the initial explosion occurred around
06:478 a.m local time in the Prenestino neighborhood which is located southwest of the capital. So far,
06:5220 people have been injured including nine police officers and a firefighter. The initial hypothesis suggests
06:58that firefighters were alerted by a truck that hit a gas pipe. When they arrived from the scene,
07:03a strong explosion occurred. This explosion was preceded by smaller explosions which caused a column of
07:08black smoke and large fire that firefighters are trying to control. It's estimated that the number
07:13of injured individuals may increase.
07:23And in France, authorities called on airlines to cancel hundreds of flights amidst the second day of
07:27air traffic controller strike. Civil Aviation General Directorate asked local airline companies to reduce
07:33by 40% their flight schedules to the country's two main airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly in Paris.

07:44passengers affected could be approximately 300,000. Unions demand better working conditions and increased staffing.
