01:22and Ben's made a tactical move.
01:24He's trying to grow Emirates GBR,
01:26build the brand, build the product.
01:28Well it says one thing loud and clear,
01:30that's British sailings entering a new era.
01:32So what's happening? Well Dylan's
01:34come and taken the wheel. The team
01:36has everything to prove. And Ben,
01:38well he's not disappearing, he's repositioning.
01:40From on-deck hero to
01:42power broker behind the scenes.
01:44Dylan has come out of the gates flying
01:46to ensure the Emirates GBR team is still
01:48a force to be reckoned with in this league.
01:50Well Ben Ainsley didn't just step off the boat,
01:52he's driving something much bigger.
