Media Council funding in progress, says Fahmi

The Communications Ministry is working to expedite funding for the Malaysian Media Council (MMC), said Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.  Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday (July 2), Fahmi said the ministry is coordinating efforts to secure the necessary financial support and will soon hold a meeting with the 12 members of the MMC founding board to discuss related matters.
