00:00Police have charged a 30-year-old man with being an accessory to the alleged murder of 17-year-old Phoebe Bishop.
00:10Police say that they will allege the man interfered with the investigation into Ms Bishop's disappearance by using her mobile phone.
00:19At this stage, it's not clear what his relationship was to Phoebe Bishop.
00:24The man was arrested last night about 7 o'clock in Bundaberg West.
00:29He's the third person charged over the teenager's murder.
00:33Her housemates Tanika Bromley and James Wood are accused of killing the teenager and then moving her body to Bushland West of Bundaberg.
00:42They'll face court again next month.
00:45Police say this latest development has just come days after the teenager was laid to rest by her family with hundreds of people gathering at her funeral.
00:56So it's been an emotional time for them.
00:58Tomorrow, also marking seven weeks since her disappearance, the 30-year-old man is expected to appear in the Bundaberg Magistrate's Court sometime today, where he is likely to be remanded in custody.
