00:03I added chicken to mine so there's extra protein.

00:05Start with making your pasta and then that sauce.

00:07The sauce is so good.

00:08It's spicy, it's creamy, it's everything I want.

00:10I like to use fire roasted corn,

00:11but you can also use regular corn in the cob

00:13to add to the salad.

00:14It's loaded with veggies, giving you lots of fiber.

00:16Then you just add the shredded chicken,

00:18pour that delicious sauce over it, give it a good mix.

00:20Top it with lots of creamy avocado,

00:22some more catia cheese.
