00:00There's a different level of intensity.
00:02Texas Super Kings were put in the bat by MI New York in their Major League cricket match in Dallas.
00:07Nicely done on the boundary.
00:09Captain Faf Duplessis was the protagonist with Willow in hand for the Texas franchise.
00:13To the feet by Faf Duplessis wonderful.
00:16His belligerent innings included 5-4s and 9-6s.
00:19Over the top at the moment Faf Duplessis.
00:21Left arm spinner George Linder picked up two wickets but was expensive.
00:24Kamala's been inspired. Not inspired enough.
00:28Meanwhile Duplessis was smashing them all over the park and ran past 300 runs in this year's tournament.
00:37Giving him good support during their partnership was Donovan Ferreira.
00:45Their stand was worth 81 with Ferreira making a swashbuckling 53 of only 20 balls.
00:51Duplessis got to his century in style. He would end on 103 not out of 53 deliveries.
00:58T20 in 2007.
01:00A battered and bruised Roshil Ogurkar took two wickets as Texas closed on a daunting 223 for 4.
01:07He sticks to it and is rewarded.
01:09When MI New York responded Quintin de Kock and skipper Nicholas Puran had an opening partnership of 26 from 3.1 overs.
01:17Puran's injudicious shot saw him being caught for 8 to give Nandre Birger the scalp.
01:26This time around Donovan Ferreira makes no mistake.
01:29But his countryman Akeel Hossein had a good game with white leather in hand.
01:32But all the same Hossein who is a fantastic operator.
01:36His wickets included the dangerous de Kock for 35.
01:44Hossein ended with impeccable figures of 3 for 15 from 4 overs.
01:52The team had to rely on Kyron Pollard for a miracle.
01:54And even with 4 fielders straight down the ground Pollard still takes them on.
02:00But could he take them home? That was the question.
02:03If any man can do this Kyron Pollard can.
02:07Pauly ended up hitting 70 of 39 balls but in vain.
02:11They need 3 and over. He's hit 3 and 3 balls.
02:13Pollard and Michael Bracewell put on a stand of 88 before the Kiwi was out for 26.
02:23Then Pollard departed giving Birger his second wicket.
02:27It was virtually all over for New York.
02:32Just enough to clip the legs up.
02:34Making it worse for MINY with 2 run outs in the innings.
02:37It nearly like back at the open collar.
02:40Australian born all rounder Marcus Stoinis took 2 scalps himself.
02:44It did look at very full.
02:46Emma and New York were restricted to 184 for 9.
02:50Texas Super Kings won the match by 39 runs to qualify for the playoffs.
02:54On the other hand, Emma and New York have 1 win and 6 losses.
02:59Then we'll now run into 6-4.
03:02They already have a good margin of victory.
