00:16You've got to tie a knot above the onion.
00:18This keeps the onions from touching, which helps them last longer.
00:21So keep slipping those onions in and tying those knots.
00:23Slipping and tying, slipping and tying, until you have the weirdest scarf you've ever seen.
00:28Dash them someplace cool and dark.
00:30And when you're ready to cook, just snip off an onion and you're good to go.
