The Higher Education Ministry (MOHE) has urged all public and private higher education institutions to strictly follow their respective standard operating procedures (SOPs) to protect student safety and welfare.
The reminder follows the suspected murder of a 20-year-old female student in Cyberjaya, which has raised nationwide concerns over campus and accommodation security.
