00:24And they're obviously listening to you and they're spending more.

00:26And you're obviously appreciative of that.

00:30But do you hope that actually they're going to be able to defend themselves,

00:35defend Europe on their own?

00:37I think they need help a little bit at the beginning, and I think they'll be able to.

00:40And I think they're going to remember this day.

00:42And this was a big day for NATO. You know, this was a very big day.
