Transcript
00:00These idiots at CNN who can't get ratings, places dying, nobody wants to even waste their time going on their shows.
00:06So they form with the New York Times, who's dying also.
00:09Without Trump, you wouldn't have a New York Times.
00:12And then just changing gears to your meeting with Zelensky later today,
00:17can you give us any preview of what the two of you might be discussing?
00:20No, we'll discuss the obvious. We'll discuss his difficulties.
00:24He's got a little difficulty, Zelensky.
00:27He's a nice guy. I mean, I'm going to meet him today. I don't know.
00:30I assume we're going to be discussing Ukraine.
00:32Yes.
00:33It seems like a little slightly.
00:35Can you restart the talks there or anything that you might do?
00:38Well, we're going to see. I mean, I've spoken to Putin a lot, and he actually was very nice.
00:43He volunteered help on, as you know, Iran.
00:46I said, no, I don't need help on Iran. I need help on Russia.
00:50Okay, I said, do me a favor. Help us on Russia, not on Iran.
00:54But he was very nice.
00:57We're going to talk about that. We're going to talk.
00:59I think progress is being made.
01:00I think great progress is being made on Gaza.
01:03I think because of this attack that we made, I think we're going to have some very good news.
01:08I was talking to Steve Whitcoff, who, by the way, is terrific,
01:11and who knows more about this subject than anybody, the subject of what we were just talking about.
01:16He was on last night with Jesse and with Laura and with Sean, and, boy, he has a great take on it.
01:27He just explains it so easily. He's really very knowledgeable.
01:30But he did tell me that Gaza is very close.
01:34Mr. President, just one follow-up on Iran.
01:39Both you and Secretary Rubio and Hexet mentioned the leader.
01:42But can you clarify, is the intelligence correct or is the intelligence wrong?
01:46Well, the intelligence was very inconclusive.
01:50The intelligence says, we don't know.
01:51It could have been very severe.
01:54That's what the intelligence says.
01:55So, I guess that's correct.
01:59But I think we can take the we don't know.
02:01It was very severe.
02:02It was obliteration.
02:05And you think that a media outlet would say, isn't that a great thing?
02:10I mean, more importantly for the pilots, for the military, you take their guts out.
02:14You take their absolute guts out.
02:16They had a tremendous attack.
02:17It was a complete obliteration.
02:19And the other team, the other group, Iran, said, let's stop this.
02:27And you know what?
02:27Israel said it, too.
02:29Very smart.
02:30They fought like hell.
02:31And then they said, let's stop.
02:33And they're going to build themselves.
02:34And I really see it as sticking.
02:36I mean, we may do papers on it, Marco.
02:38Maybe we're going to do papers.
02:39I don't even know if you need them.
02:41They're not going to be fighting each other.
02:42They've had it.
02:44They've had a big fight, like two kids in a school yard.
02:46You know, they fight like hell.
02:48You can't stop them.
02:49Let them fight for about two, three minutes.
02:51Then it's easier to stop them.
02:52And then daddy has to sometimes use strong language.
02:55You have to use strong language.
02:56Every once in a while you have to use a certain word.
02:58I think we have to join the other side of all.
03:00Yes, we're going to join some other group.
03:02Yes, thank you.
03:02Katie, one last question.
03:04Do you believe...
