At her press briefing, Karoline Leavitt responded to Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) calling Trump supporters "mentally ill."

00:03She said, I believe, that Trump supporters are mentally ill

00:07before calling for bipartisan support against the president.

00:10Can you respond to that,

00:11especially considering she's a rising star in the Democrat Party right now?

00:14She is a rising star.

00:16It's quite something to behold, actually.

00:18I hope that she continues to be a rising star,

00:21for the Republican Party at least.

00:23I think it's incredibly derogatory to accuse nearly 80 million Americans of mental illness.

00:30The last time I checked, Jasmine Crockett couldn't dream of winning

00:33such a majority of the public as President Trump did.

00:36And the America First movement, which President Trump has built,

00:39is filled of hardworking patriots, the forgotten men and women,

00:42business owners, law enforcement officers, nurses and teachers,

00:47and middle America, as we all know from where you all grew up,

00:52outside of this beltway.

00:53That's who makes up this president's movement.

00:55And Jasmine Crockett should go to a Trump rally sometime,

00:58and she can see it for herself.
