President Donald Trump on Tuesday expressed deep frustration with Israel and Iran, but later said a ceasefire between the two countries was in effect after the deal initially faltered.

00:08So I'm not happy with them.

00:14because the one rocket that didn't land, that was shot,

00:18perhaps by mistake, that didn't land, I'm not happy about that.

00:21We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard
