00:09over the egg. So we're going to turn on the water just enough to kind of like help us peel. And
00:13hopefully you get like these nice sheets that comes off like that in a nice piece. So with
00:18deviled eggs, it takes a lot of patience because if you try to rush it, you could rip the egg in
00:22half or pull a big chunk out because sometimes the shell likes to stick to the egg white. Let
00:26the water help you. Let it run in between the shell and the egg white. Take your time.
00:31That's the best way to make sure you have the prettiest eggs.
