04:04So, our lovely candidates all came here from all over the world.
04:07And now, June 26th is how we're recording today.
04:10And it's so exciting.
04:11We're looking forward to it.
04:13And personally, I've gone through a lot of growth.
04:15I've made a lot of wonderful friends.
04:17I have a lot of new countries to visit as well after this.
04:22And, yeah, we've had a lot of fun going around the Philippines and exploring this very beautiful country.
04:29So, how about Miss USA?
04:31What preparation did you do?
04:33I'm so grateful for my team that is behind me.
04:36They were able to help me guide through this incredible experience and be able to represent my country with grace, purpose, and reason.
04:43Okay, this question is for Miss USA.
04:45In your opinion, what qualities make a true supermodel worldwide beyond just beauty and fashion?
04:51Confidence and being innovative.
04:53I think it's so important when you're trading and doing different looks to be innovative and show confidence.
05:00If you don't have confidence in the look, how are you going to sell it?
05:03Oh, nice.
05:04So, confidence is the key.
05:06Here's my question for Miss Philippines.
05:09Can you tell us about a challenge you faced during the competition and how you were able to overcome it?
05:17So, my biggest one is I'm working a full-time job.
05:21I work as a marketing manager.
05:24I'm also a content creator, an events host, a model.
05:27So, it's a lot going on.
05:29My biggest challenge is the girls have seen.
05:31I'm on my laptop trying to balance everything.
05:34And I thought, how am I supposed to do all of this and also represent my country?
05:40But then I realized, this is the best representation of a Filipina.
05:43Someone that wears many hats proudly, gracefully, and combines it to create something even more beautiful.
05:51That was amazing.
05:52For Miss USA and for Miss Philippines, how do you prepare yourself mentally and physically for the coronation?
05:58Because this is really very important, especially that the pageant is really fast approaching.
06:04You first, Miss USA.
06:06Okay.
06:07For me, how I prepare for the pageant is simply with having an amazing team behind me and having confidence builders,
06:14like saying a daily affirmation every single day.
06:16I think with repetition, it creates confidence, and that's going to help me throughout this experience and continue to.
06:22So, for me, I'm very blessed to have a wonderful team of mentors and supporters.
06:30A very big shout-out to my Tata Yohe Guaras for always guiding me.
06:35So, a lot of the physical training as well with my coach, Angelo Mendez.
06:38But it's also a lot of mental training.
06:41I leave everything up to God at the end of the day.
06:44I'm a very God-fearing person.
06:46I say that it's up to Him, but I will give Him as much material for Him to work with
06:51because I am just His instrument and I'm a vessel for what the people have designed for me,
06:57what my country means to me.
