Deluxe Bingo officially opens in Hastings, East Sussex

The Deluxe opened to the public on June 21 2025 after it was closed since February 2023. Since then it was taken over by another company and refurbished.

00:00it's absolutely fantastic news that the deluxe bingo is reopening when we bought the building

00:18off of Harry Simmons a year ago we took the time to to realize that Hastings needs bingo

00:28so we've we've started by new shop fronts new canopy giving the whole up the first bingo hall

00:37a complete refurbishment new paintwork new TVs and hopefully can deliver the fun and social side

00:44that bingo brings to so many people what we thought would have been a a couple of weeks worth of work

00:51ended up being a six-month project with you know 40 to 50 people working here every day and to

00:58ensure that it's the best that we can do for for the people of Hastings and and the wider area because

01:04we know lots of people are traveling from Eastbourne from Ashford from Tunbridge Wells to come to play

01:10bingo so you know we're so excited over the over the next six to twelve months we're going to continue

01:16the refurbishment which would include opening up more areas for more space to play play bingo and

01:22keep delivering fun social side and hopefully some big jackpot winners along the way well I think the

01:28sunny weather is shining for us it's so wonderful to have the the deluxe are reopened and I'm excited

01:35for its new lease of life I wish it very well and and Jeremy and all the team I hope they do a fantastic

01:42job in restoring this as a venue to come to in Hastings
