00:03It's you're not crazy.

00:05There's a big amount of relief to, no, you weren't imagining things.

00:09You're not crazy.

00:10And the people around you weren't imagining things.

00:12So I've now learned that I'll have to tell people in my life, you know,

00:17and I wish I knew this before in previous relationships.

00:20I will tell people now, you know, my siblings know, my family knows,

00:25my friends know, so they know that in a moment you may feel me switch

00:29in a way that doesn't seem, sometimes people tell me it seems like I've tuned out.

00:35But I haven't.

00:37To me, I'm fully present to me.

00:39But literally what's happened is my attention has shifted in a way that people can feel.
