00:12practicing yoga to stay healthy and happy. She posted a video on Instagram of herself doing
00:19yoga along with a voiceover. In it, she explained that balance in life doesn't come by chance.
00:25It is something we build every day through our choices and habits. She reminded everyone that
00:32we are in charge of our own health and happiness. Shilpa spoke about how we shouldn't wait for life
00:39to get easier but instead take control of our time and focus on what truly matters. She said that
00:46balance is not something we achieve once, it's something we have to work on regularly. As life
00:53and priorities change, we must adjust too. Whether it's our mind, body or energy types
00:59like vat, pitta and kaff, she said yoga is the most powerful way to bring back harmony.
