00:00Well, I look at the two sides and I like the way that Sweden have got the players to play attacking football.
00:08They've got Larsson in the side, who's a very, very quick forward.
00:12Of course, Brolin's had a tremendous tournament.
00:15And Kenneth Anderson has also done extremely well.
00:18I feel that Brolin actually might come in out of that right-hand side
00:21and play in behind those front two at some stage in the game
00:25because that's where he's had a lot of his success.
00:27And K-Mark, brought in by Tommy Svensson there, actually played very well when he came on as a sub.
00:32Yes, well, he's come on a couple of occasions.
00:35Especially in that game against Romania.
00:37Yes, yes, and, you know, he's done well.
00:39But obviously he's only in the side because of Lyon being out with two yellow cards.
00:44Now, here's a surprising thing.
00:46FIFA have announced their World XI.
00:49And would you believe Lechkov's not in it?
00:52Now, to my mind, he's been one of the players of the tournament.
00:54Well, he's had an excellent tournament.
00:55You know, he's broke from the middle of the field.
00:57He's been influential on how the Bulgarians have played.
01:00But Balakov is in the side.
01:04And, you know, he's had a great tournament as well.
01:06You know, he's played down that left-hand side.
01:08And he's done extremely well for the Bulgarians.
01:12Well, certainly they're ready and apprehensive.
01:15Off we go into the start of this game.
01:21And over the next 24 hours, this famous American environment, the Rose Bowl, will house the very best world football can offer.
01:28Tomorrow, the final itself, which ought to be at a glorious occasion.
01:33Both nations, of course, Brazil and Italy, think they should own the World Cup.
01:39And here tonight, the hors d'oeuvre.
01:41Here tonight, a little foretaste for the American audience in particular.
01:46And a vast television audience that teams can play for the sake of playing almost.
01:52And there is Lechkov, the man whom I greatly admired in this tournament altogether.
01:58And out comes Ravelli.
02:01Now, let me ask Ray right away about this man.
02:03I think he's 70% showman, 30% goalkeeper.
02:08Well, I think it's a little bit stronger percentages there.
02:11Certainly is an element of showmanship about him.
02:14And, you know, a lot of the fans like to see that in a goalkeeper.
02:18I personally prefer to see him doing everything correctly and stopping the ball going in the net.
02:21But certainly there is showmanship about him.
02:24But he's also made some excellent saves.
02:26But he's also made some very, very unorthodox saves.
02:29You know, the game that they played when they got through on penalties.
02:32I mean, that was incredible.
02:33He did everything wrong in that game that he could do.
02:36And then got all the glory for saving the penalties.
02:39And Sweden at the back.
02:40They've had to rearrange, of course.
02:42We said Turner's out.
02:44Lunger's out.
02:46But they have been beautifully organised by Tommy Svensson.
02:51Their free kick, for example, was a gem.
02:54Thought out on the practice ground.
02:56Kenneth Anderson trying to bore his way through.
03:01No free kick.
03:03As Balikov, the FIFA selection for the World XI, number 20 there,
03:09started off this tournament very much as an anonymous player.
03:14And then suddenly burst to the floor with his pace and his drive.
03:17A test for Mikhailov, the second-division French club player in goal here,
03:28who hasn't done badly either.
03:33Stefan Schwartz back from his suspension.
03:35Neatly curved, and there's a big form of Kenneth Anderson again.
03:45Well, he's rather obvious, but on the other hand,
03:48he does get up above everybody else, even though it's all telegraph.
03:51And there it's open.
03:58Rivelli, all brilliantly saved.
04:01But I think the referee coming across,
04:05and I wonder if Stoichkov in descent on that
04:09will gurn as much as he did in the last game.
04:12Well, it's a tremendous ball through here, isn't it?
04:15And it's a lovely cushioned header through to him.
04:18And Stoichkov, for me, not in an offside position.
04:21Level tries to hit it across Rivelli.
04:23And Rivelli has a little bit of luck there, hits his leg.
04:26But, you know, he did the right thing,
04:28as we've just criticized him for being technically a little bit
04:31not as he should be most of the time.
04:35But he did the right thing there in terms of standing up,
04:37making himself big, and had a little bit of luck
04:39that Stoichkov hit him with it.
04:44Dielsen.
04:59Largest crowd ever to watch.
05:02A third-place game was in Mexico City.
05:04Oh, there.
05:06They will always try that longish one.
05:09Mikhail doing the right thing.
05:11Body behind it.
05:12Fist up.
05:14And a very useful player, Kenneth Andersson.
05:18Not just in the air, as we've already seen,
05:20he scored very well against Brazil.
05:23Stoichkov is a great player,
05:25and you just wish that he didn't moan quite as much,
05:28and I think the referee was totally correct there.
05:30He gave the foul in the Swedish player's favor
05:33because Stoichkov was definitely looking to try
05:35and get a penalty there.
05:38Run there by Ingersson.
05:39It's in.
05:41Yes!
05:42Sweden opened the scoring.
05:43And the predatory instinct of Thomas Brolin takes over
05:49as they go in front in seven and a half minutes.
05:54A wonderfully incisive move.
05:56Thomas Brolin puts them one up.
05:58Well, it's a tremendous move down this right-hand side, isn't it?
06:01And Ingersson gets in a great cross here,
06:04as we've seen him throughout the tournament.
06:06Cuts the goalkeeper out.
06:07The goalkeeper is lost totally,
06:09and Brolin comes in on that far post.
06:11He might not be the biggest lad in the world,
06:12but look at him rise here.
06:14Gets up above his marker,
06:15gets in front of him there,
06:17and heads it down.
06:18And Mikhailov is really lost there as a keeper.
06:22Well, he looked to me as if he was going to shake hands
06:24with somebody in the crowd.
06:25I mean, that was bad goalkeeping, surely.
06:27Well, I think what he did was that
06:28when Ingersson went down that right-hand side,
06:30he anticipated where the cross was going to go
06:33and started to come out and move forward
06:35before the ball was actually struck.
06:37Once it was struck, he was in no-man's land.
06:40He couldn't get back into a position
06:42where he could possibly make a save
06:44from what was quite a tame header from Brolin.
06:48But Brolin put it in a corner
06:50where he had no chance of getting to it.
06:56That was certainly steady Sweden, all right.
06:58That's exactly what he wanted
07:00in the early stage of the game.
07:04Nielsen.
07:09Good running all the same.
07:14A marvellous position
07:17where all Storchkov had to do
07:18was roll the ball back to him
07:19and Kostadinov had a marvellous chance
07:21of getting a shot on the target.
07:23But a booking for him?
07:24Well, he certainly played for the penalty
07:27and we have seen referees book them
07:29for that sort of thing.
07:31Zidakov!
07:32Oh, brilliant, they say!
07:37Wonderful thrust there.
07:41Well, he really does know how to hammer him in.
07:43The man who got that penalty, by the way,
07:45for that run in the semi-final.
07:46Watch this.
07:47Head over it.
07:48Yes, it's a great shot
07:49because it's a dip in volley
07:51and he's done it exactly right.
07:53Now the one-twos being played now.
07:56And they're putting on the thrust.
08:02Excellent play there by Bulgaria.
08:04The way they go again.
08:10Latskov, a little bit of freedom.
08:11Kostadinov tries to get a little touch.
08:16I think there's a very determined look
08:18about Bulgarians.
08:20Brolin brought down.
08:31Bupchev and very quickly taken.
08:33Could it be the second one?
08:34It is!
08:36Well, if ever,
08:37Mild was quick on the uptick.
08:40It was there.
08:42Now that was daylight robbery.
08:44I think that's the equivalent
08:46of a footballing mugging.
08:50Well, it is.
08:50But Mild was on his toes
08:52to get that ball.
08:53But Thomas Brolin did so, so well.
08:55There is fouled.
08:56He just literally gets up
08:57and plays the ball into Mild's path.
09:00And he just calmly slots it past
09:02with Harald.
09:02But it really was Thomas Brolin
09:04that made this goal.
09:05Just look at him here.
09:06He's fouled by Hupchev.
09:07And he just gets up,
09:08sees Mild running.
09:09There's the pass.
09:10Yeah, it's illegal, though.
09:12That's illegal.
09:12He didn't take the free kick
09:14from where the incident took place, Ray.
09:16We're going to be finicky
09:16about refereeing.
09:18Well, I'm not going to be finicky
09:19about it because it literally,
09:20it was a foul.
09:21It was maybe a yard away
09:23from the situation.
09:24I thought it was about
09:25three or four yards.
09:26Well, I mean,
09:27at this level,
09:29I think it's a foul.
09:30Get it down.
09:31Let the game carry on.
09:33And it's enterprise by Brolin.
09:36And a lively mind
09:38and lively mover
09:39from Mild as well.
09:40And they deserve that goal
09:41in terms of that particular move.
09:43I don't have to say
09:44over the time
09:45in this first half
09:46they deserve to be 2-0 up.
09:47But here they go again.
09:48Could it be three?
09:49They're still busting through.
09:50Kenneth Anderson,
09:51they're very open.
09:53Larsson.
09:56And he's almost apologetic about it.
10:03Well, that could so easily be in three.
10:04The Bulgarians,
10:05I wonder if they just collapsed momentarily.
10:10Kiriakoum.
10:12Better ball.
10:15And Bjorklund
10:15clearing that up easily.
10:17Larsson.
10:19Oh, superb play by Brolin.
10:21Who I'm sure will turn out.
10:25He's still a youngster,
10:27relatively speaking.
10:28Early 20s will turn out
10:29to be one of the greatest ever.
10:31Swedish players.
10:33Lunge forward.
10:34There's Larsson again.
10:35He's got a little bit of space.
10:38And much better goalkeeping there.
10:42Let's turn to Ray Clements.
10:44Ex-English goalkeeper for that
10:46because we see that save.
10:51Well, I mean,
10:52Larsson really did
10:53show his pace there,
10:57didn't he?
10:57I mean,
10:58he went past the Bulgarians
10:59as though they didn't exist.
11:02Here we see the ball
11:03coming through there.
11:04It's knocked back to him there.
11:05And then he cuts right
11:06across the face of the defender.
11:08Across Hubchev there.
11:09Look, makes space for himself.
11:10Tries to hit it across
11:11with Harlov,
11:12but he does make a good save there.
11:16Kiriakov still digs in hard
11:19and still they cannot get
11:23a clean ball through
11:24to Stoichkov.
11:28There's a bit of run again.
11:29Anderson's onside.
11:31Takes a goalkeeper.
11:33Will he put it away?
11:34It's so long,
11:35but he does it.
11:38He took the tourist route
11:39to score that one all right.
11:41And Sweden are three up,
11:4336 minutes gone.
11:44Well, it was a tremendous run,
11:48wasn't it?
11:48And he showed everything
11:49that really a striker
11:51needs to have.
11:51I mean,
11:52when the initial ball
11:53was played to him,
11:54here we see it through.
11:55He showed strength there
11:56to see off his marker.
11:58He then came out,
11:59took it around the keeper,
12:00could have slotted it there,
12:01thought there's a risk maybe
12:03of hitting Jankov there.
12:05And then he sort of
12:06took it around him
12:07and just rolled it
12:08into the empty net.
12:09So calm,
12:10although under a lot of pressure.
12:12But it was this man,
12:13Brolin again,
12:14who made it.
12:14He's been involved
12:15in all three goals,
12:17scored the first
12:18and made the second.
12:19But look,
12:20gets the keeper
12:21right out of it,
12:22could try to slot it,
12:23lets the defender
12:24commit himself,
12:25pulls it back
12:26onto his right
12:26and makes what was not
12:29an easy opportunity
12:30look very easy.
12:32Well,
12:33he came into the
12:34final side
12:35and replaced
12:36the Hungarian national
12:37captain right away
12:38as a young lad.
12:42Only 23 years of age
12:44and that's why
12:45the Dutch wanted him there,
12:46that kind of ability
12:48to remain cool.
12:49I thought he was
12:50perhaps going a little
12:51too far to the side,
12:52but he knew better.
12:53and he did that last
12:55replay
12:56indicated clearly
12:57that he had
12:58that goal
12:59well mapped out
13:00in advance.
13:01And now this ray,
13:12I think,
13:13is developing into
13:14the possibility
13:15of a humiliation.
13:19Ingersen,
13:20Schwartz.
13:22Oh,
13:23oh,
13:24yes.
13:25I haven't seen
13:26too much of that
13:27individually
13:28from a Sweden
13:29midfield.
13:31here's another one
13:33and it's a runaway
13:36victory we're getting
13:37now.
13:38Kenneth Anderson,
13:40you might have guessed
13:42in the air,
13:434-0,
13:4439 minutes gone.
13:46Ray,
13:47I think we now
13:49have to be
13:50turning our
13:51charitable side
13:53towards the Borghettians.
13:54Well,
13:55it all started
13:56from that
13:56marvellous bit of skill
13:57from Stefan Schwartz
13:59in the middle of the field
14:00which created the room
14:01for himself
14:01and then it's a delightful
14:03cross and where
14:04Mikhailov is going
14:05I do not know
14:06because look where he is.
14:08Never,
14:08ever going to get
14:09to that ball.
14:10Against a man
14:11with Anderson's
14:13height and power
14:14in the air,
14:14he should never be coming
14:15for that sort of ball.
14:16You mean staying on the line?
14:17Oh,
14:18he stays on the line,
14:19he saves it.
14:19As simple as that.
14:20But where he's come to,
14:22he's never,
14:22ever going to get
14:23to that ball.
14:25And I wonder
14:26if that sense
14:27of charity
14:28will extend
14:28to the Swedes
14:29now,
14:29now that they,
14:31unless some
14:32miraculous transformation
14:33takes place,
14:34they now get
14:35third place.
14:39Well,
14:39I was in
14:40Sofia
14:42earlier in the season
14:43for a European Cup game
14:44that I know
14:45how fanatical
14:46they are about football
14:46and indeed
14:47I know they desperately
14:49want to show
14:50that in their
14:50free market
14:52economy in football
14:54that's developing
14:54that they can become
14:56a world force.
14:57They've almost proved it
14:58and now here they are
14:59before half time
15:01being taken apart
15:02and in tatters.
15:05I have to say,
15:06Ray,
15:06it's a bit unrealistic.
15:08Well,
15:08it's because
15:09at 1-0,
15:11you know,
15:11the Swedes
15:12just sat back
15:13and let the Bulgarians
15:14come at them
15:14and didn't
15:15really make a game
15:16of it at all
15:16and then all of a sudden
15:17out of the Bulgarians
15:19poor defending
15:20and some
15:21enterprising play
15:22from the Swedes
15:23to be fair,
15:24they're 4-0 up
15:25and yet,
15:25you know,
15:26from what we've seen
15:27in the first half
15:28you couldn't say
15:29that there were
15:29four goals better
15:30than the Bulgarians.
15:31And Latskov
15:32finding himself
15:32almost in that
15:33left-back position
15:34first half
15:35that's the only thing
15:35he has worked hard for
15:36I would think
15:37so this is an opportunity
15:38to do something.
15:40Well,
15:40he's put his equity card
15:41in his hip pocket
15:42and is about to
15:43take up football again.
15:44Here he goes with it
15:53and away
15:54to the side
15:54that time.
15:56Difficult to tell
15:57what the angle was here
15:58but
15:58he hadn't anybody
16:03to argue with
16:04about that
16:04that wasn't
16:05so far away, Ray.
16:06It wasn't so far away
16:08and they discouraged him
16:09from putting the ball
16:10over the top of the wall
16:11by putting a defender
16:12that might just give them
16:14the impetus to go on
16:16and maybe get a second
16:18then you never know
16:18what happens
16:19but the way they are
16:20at the moment
16:20I can only see them
16:22conceding more goals.
16:24And there goes
16:24the halftime whistle
16:25right at the start
16:28of the programme
16:28I talk about
16:29the high scoring rate
16:30of the third place games
16:31and this follows
16:32in that tradition.
16:34We've seen some excellent goals
16:36some bad goalkeeping
16:36admittedly
16:37but the Swedes
16:39who at one stage
16:40in that first half
16:41looked as if they would
16:42simply be content
16:42on sitting in a one goal lead
16:44come out and
16:46crucially
16:47and cruelly
16:49exposed
16:49the weaknesses
16:51and flaws
16:51in that Bulgarian defence
16:53hence that scoreline
16:55at halftime
16:56of course
16:57three against Russia
17:00draw against Brazil
17:01three against Saudi
17:03two against Romania
17:05and Nikolov
17:06the substitute
17:07has come on
17:08and I think
17:09possibly
17:10the goalkeeper
17:11has decided
17:12that he could not
17:14possibly face up
17:15to the Swedish attack
17:16again given what
17:17he had done
17:18and might even
17:20have heard what
17:20Ray Clements said
17:21about him.
17:23He might well
17:24have done yes
17:24maybe he's had to have
17:26something to do
17:26with his hairpiece
17:27as well I don't know
17:27but certainly
17:29he did have one
17:30of those games
17:31which you just want
17:31to forget about
17:32as soon as you
17:33possibly can
17:33and because they're
17:35in such a state
17:36Penhoff has said
17:36okay I may as well
17:37give one of my other
17:38goalkeepers a chance
17:39who's been here
17:40throughout the tournament
17:41and let him have
17:4245 minutes
17:43in this particular game.
17:45Well there has to be
17:46I mean they were
17:46at rock bottom
17:47anyway
17:50tall figure of
17:53Jodorov there
17:54Ravelli had come
18:01very far indeed
18:02that's much
18:03ball now
18:04nothing is going
18:05right for them
18:06and the substitute
18:11I think he dug
18:14underneath us Ray
18:15it came at him
18:17at quite a pace
18:18to be fair
18:18but he really
18:20should have done better
18:21he just had to guide it
18:22in between the two
18:22lads on the line
18:23didn't he
18:23but he just got
18:25underneath it
18:25as he tried to guide it
18:26down
18:26but Ravelli
18:27always struggling
18:28for that
18:28and when the ball's
18:30driven in
18:30you'll see that
18:31Patrick Anderson
18:32is really
18:33sort of having a go
18:34it's a better ball
18:35unfortunate little stumble
18:42and he didn't have
18:43the power to
18:44to raise that
18:46at all
18:47Svetanov on I think
18:49is pushing down
18:50the right as often
18:50as he can
18:51Kenneth Anderson
18:53it's deep
18:54and it's through again
18:56oh that's a better save
18:59well
19:02Ray has been
19:05lacerating the
19:06Bulgarian goalkeeping
19:07I think maybe that
19:08was slightly improved
19:09yes I mean
19:11that was a better save
19:12but you'd expect
19:13Larson having done
19:14what he did the first time
19:15when he got through
19:17in that situation
19:17to maybe have done
19:18a little bit better
19:19himself
19:19because
19:20it's a lovely ball
19:21from Kenneth Anderson
19:22there
19:22over a flat
19:24Bulgarian defence
19:25and you think
19:26right he'll take it
19:26round him on his
19:27left side again
19:28and roll it in the net
19:28but this time
19:30tried to strike it
19:30first time
19:31and
19:31Nikalov did well
19:33with it
19:33deep and offside
19:38Mark you
19:38when you're four goals
19:39up
19:39some of these chances
19:41of course
19:42can be taken
19:42with a degree
19:43of luxury
19:44in the way
19:44you go forward
19:45well the Romanians
19:46are supposed to be
19:47going back to a
19:47similarly welcome
19:48aren't they
19:48but if they can
19:49see any more goals
19:50they maybe won't
19:50want to go back
19:51at all
19:51I would think
19:52well not to Romania
19:53to Bulgaria
19:53better send them
19:55back to the right
19:55country
19:56Stojkoff
20:01that's a better
20:03touch
20:03and can he
20:03put it away
20:04oh what a pity
20:05I think the
20:05whistle went
20:06and that was
20:10a very typical
20:11understanding
20:12by Kostarinov
20:14and Stojkoff
20:16I mean this is
20:20what
20:20we should have
20:22been seeing
20:22off the
20:22more often
20:23I think a
20:24little push
20:25yes I think
20:26as the ball
20:26was knocked
20:27in by
20:27Stojkoff
20:28there
20:28we just see
20:29we'll see it
20:29here
20:29Kostarinov
20:31just pushes
20:32Patrick Anderson
20:33there and then
20:33before he slots it
20:34in the net
20:35just pushes him
20:35away from him
20:36I think about
20:37the quality of the
20:38goal he scored
20:38against the Germans
20:39whether Bode
20:40Ildner
20:41was at fault
20:42or not
20:43I think you were
20:43right in saying
20:44he'd left them
20:44absolutely
20:45stranded
20:46yes I felt
20:47that it was a
20:48great free kick
20:48and that
20:49only a person
20:50stood on the line
20:51would have been able
20:52to have saved it
20:52here he goes
20:53in
20:55and just
20:55passed
20:56and I think
20:59you'd been
20:59remarking
21:00about a special
21:01quality of his
21:02free kicks
21:03well what I like
21:04about his free kicks
21:05he gets them over
21:06the top of the wall
21:06and down the other
21:07side very quickly
21:08I mean that one's
21:09gone through the
21:09wall there
21:10and
21:11but what he did
21:12with the German
21:13one is he gets
21:13it up over the
21:14top and then
21:15down very quickly
21:16and he gets
21:17them there
21:17gets it to come
21:18down at
21:19pace
21:19well I said
21:25there was an
21:26hors d'oeuvre
21:26before what
21:27everybody anticipates
21:28will be a great
21:29world cup final
21:30Ravelli
21:31must be
21:32well when troubles
21:37come and legions
21:37they come
21:38not one by one
21:40that was incredible
21:42well it really was
21:43that sums up the
21:44Bulgarians performance
21:45I was only just
21:45thinking minutes
21:46before that
21:47Bulgarians have
21:48had a bit more
21:48possession in this
21:49second half
21:50but they haven't
21:50really troubled
21:51Ravelli
21:52and then this
21:53long range shot
21:54comes in
21:54he spills it out
21:55and I think it
21:57was Jordanov
21:57who came in
21:58and how he
22:00missed it
22:00I do not know
22:01as I said
22:03troubles come
22:04and legions
22:04watch this again
22:05well we almost
22:09saw it again
22:10desperately
22:13unlucky
22:13some of the
22:19water bottles
22:19out there
22:20and we're
22:21getting a
22:22substitution
22:22and indeed
22:24Anders Limpar
22:25from Everton
22:27about to come
22:27on
22:27easily mopped up
22:35the fresh pair
22:37of legs
22:38immediately obvious
22:39Anders Limpar
22:40the ball's in play
22:42well I thought
22:45that was an act
22:45of charity
22:46as Ingersson
22:47just stood out
22:48of the way of it
22:48well I think
22:49that Ingersson
22:50thought that
22:50Kenneth Andersen
22:51or maybe
22:52Thomas Brolin
22:53was running in
22:54around the
22:54penalty spot
22:55and would have
22:55had a simple
22:56tap into the
22:57net
22:57and that's
22:58why he left
22:58it
22:58but of course
22:59all there was
23:00was three
23:00Bulgarian
23:01defenders behind
23:02him
23:02Balakov
23:02and they're
23:07being rather
23:07easily nudged
23:09off the ball
23:09now the
23:10Bulgarians
23:10whereas
23:12previously
23:13Lechkov and
23:14midfield as we
23:15saw on the first
23:15half was very
23:16difficult to
23:17dispossess
23:20I mean we
23:21talked about
23:22the Bulgarians
23:22getting beaten
23:23six or seven
23:24the Swedes
23:25really have had
23:26three or four
23:27great chances
23:27in the second
23:28half equally
23:29as good as
23:29the ones they
23:29scored for
23:30in the first
23:30and look at
23:31the wide open
23:32space there
23:33on the right
23:33again
23:34Balakov
23:43a little bit
23:45of space
23:45inside
23:46Yodanoff
23:48and there's
23:52not enough
23:52movement off
23:53the ball
23:53Yodanoff
23:55simply
23:55looked around
23:57and it was
23:57also static
23:58looking for
24:06the one
24:07two
24:07almost comes
24:08off there
24:08Storchkov
24:11just standing
24:12still
24:12there's a one
24:27two coming
24:28and he gets
24:28it and he
24:29can't put it
24:30away
24:30he dissolves
24:36into the
24:36tough there
24:37I think that
24:38is a mix
24:39of grief
24:40and frustration
24:41sums up
24:45Storchkov's day
24:46I think
24:46that one
24:46remember he scored
24:50six goals already
24:51there's another one
24:52no
24:52an instinctive say
24:56by the goalkeeper
24:57the substitute
24:58goalkeeper
24:59I hasten to add
25:00Nikolov
25:00and in the space
25:02of 30 seconds
25:03we could have had a goal
25:05at either end
25:06and with five minutes
25:07remaining of this game
25:08not bad
25:08there he is
25:09oh
25:10again
25:11the fates
25:13conspiring
25:14against him
25:14and apart
25:19from
25:19missing
25:20two glorious
25:20chances
25:21grumping
25:22all through
25:24the game
25:24having a penalty
25:27claim I think
25:28he might have
25:28got
25:28it's been
25:31not a bad
25:31afternoon
25:32for him
25:32I don't think
25:35he'd probably
25:35agree with you
25:36on that one
25:36put on a good
25:38professional
25:39performance
25:40throughout the
25:40tournament
25:41and an excellent
25:42performance today
25:43from them
25:44there's a run
25:44again
25:45Kostarinov
25:47beautiful ball
25:49inside
25:49Lechkov
25:50and Svensson
25:52well it's a bit
25:55of a spoilsport
25:56he could have
25:56let that go
25:57through his
25:57arms
25:58and
25:58they can
26:00qualify
26:01for the
26:02tournament
26:02in England
26:02and do
26:03extremely well
26:04in that
26:04tournament
26:05I think
26:08the eyes
26:09of the
26:09two benches
26:10on the referee
26:11as he brings
26:12the game
26:13to an end
26:14Sweden
26:16who once
26:17played in the
26:17final
26:18in their own
26:18country
26:19now
26:19thousands of
26:20miles away
26:21end and
26:22triumph
26:22marshalled
26:23and masterminded
26:24by that young
26:25looking player
26:26there
26:26Thomas Brolin
26:27the
26:29ball
26:29and
26:30a
26:32superb
26:34triumph
26:34for the
26:35Norwegians
26:36and I'm
26:37sure everybody
26:37in football
26:38who likes
26:39a try
26:40will be
26:41gratified for
26:42that man
26:42there
26:43Thomas Svensson
26:44and the
26:45colourful
26:45goalkeeper
26:46thoroughly
26:47deserving of
26:48that
26:48comprehensive
26:49victory
26:50which came
26:50so early
26:51in the game
26:51yes certainly
26:53they were the
26:54better side
26:55the Bulgarians
26:55for me
26:56started the
26:57brighter
26:57but the
26:59Swedes
26:59as they have
26:59done throughout
27:00the tournament
27:01they've looked
27:01very very
27:02organised
27:03defensively
27:03there
27:06the final
27:06score
27:07well there
27:15we are
27:16we'll be
27:16seeing a
27:17repeat of
27:17this game
27:18almost
27:18immediately
27:18that was
27:20the final
27:20score
27:21a lot
27:23of good
27:23goals
27:23in there
27:24the
27:24entire
27:25Swedish
27:26squad
27:27with what
27:30I think
27:32corners
27:33girls
27:33would have
27:33envied
27:33in their
27:34timing
27:34a sense
27:36of
27:36togetherness
27:37about them
27:37and I
27:39think you've
27:39enjoyed
27:39some of
27:40the play
27:40anyway
27:40Ray
27:41yes certainly
27:42I mean
27:42they've got
27:43some talented
27:43players
27:44and I was
27:44pleased to
27:44see the
27:45longer the
27:45tournament
27:45went on
27:46the more
27:47influential
27:47Thomas Brolin
27:48became in
27:49it
27:49he really
27:50had an
27:50excellent
27:51game
27:51this evening
27:52and of
27:53course
27:54a lad
27:54there
27:54Kenneth
27:54Anderson
27:55he's proved
27:55he could be
27:56a danger
27:56at the world
27:57level as
27:57well
27:57and
27:58Larson
27:59in the middle
27:59of the
28:00pitch
28:00has shown
28:00what great
28:01pace and
28:02potential
28:02he's got
28:03as well
28:03on the other
28:04play
