00:00I think y'all are gonna love this dish. Take some Eggo waffles, get them all out, and then line your baking dish. This one is 9 by 13. And just put them in there like that. A tip on how to get them to fit is make sure that they're just a little soft, so out of the freezer for a little bit.
00:20And then we're gonna take some egg whites, and we're gonna pour them all over the egg dish. And just kinda move your dish around so it gets all coated. Those Eggos wanna be fully coated, just like that. And then what I did, you don't have to do this, but I think that it's kinda nice and fun.
00:42I took my, I separated my egg yolks so that each Eggo could have a nice little yolk right on it. And we've got two extras, but that was on purpose, because you see those holes right there? Those are gonna get some egg yolks in them. So, plop, plop. Perfect. Alright, so this is what your dish should look like. I'm gonna tilt you down a little bit more so you can see that.
01:11Alright, I lost my cameraman, so I'm on my own today. Then we're gonna add some bacon strips. And I just thought this was the cutest thing. Doesn't this look like a seahorse? I thought that was so cute.
01:23Little seahorse bacon. It's so sweet. It's the little things in life. You gotta focus on that, right? Alright, so I'm taking my bacon strips and I'm laying them right over my eggs. Just like that. Let's see, I've got eight pieces.
01:37And then, uh, I'm gonna add some cheese on top of this. I'm just using whatever I have in the house. You can use your favorite type of cheese. I'm using mild cheddar by this Great Value brand. That's the Walmart brand. And I think that they're so good. I love using them. Okay, so I'm just gonna fully coat the top of it like that. Perfect.
01:59And then on top of this, y'all are gonna love this. We're adding some frozen hash browns. I'm just gonna take my hand and sprinkle them on top.
02:09evenly like this. Y'all, this breakfast dish is so easy to make and the whole family loves it. They really do. It's so simple and all the ingredients are not too bad for you, you know? Just depending on what kind of dietary restrictions you have. I really love this dish.
02:29All right, so now that we've got our hash browns on top, I'm gonna add the seasonings. I'm just gonna go real simple today. I'm using some cracked pepper and some salt.
02:39I put it in my hand first because, you know, sometimes with the salt, it can be a little tricky because you can't see it very well. The next thing you know, your entire dish is just covered in salt. Yeah. Okay, here we go. Get some of that nice pepper in there. Pepper, pepper, pepper. Okay. All right. Okay, on top of that, we're gonna add some spinach because like I said, we're this is kind of a healthy dish. We're gonna get our
03:09greens in. We've got our protein with those eggs. And then we've got, you know, some nice carbs with the hash browns, but healthy carbs because it's potato. All those different colors. Yeah, I'm gonna add probably that much. Another thing sometimes that I like to do, I'm not gonna do it today, is I just rip those stems off. I think sometimes the stems can have a little harsher taste to them. Yeah. But today, we don't have time for that. We're busy. Okay, so now that we've got that all on,
03:39on top, we're gonna add some butter. I got sliced butter. So just take it. And the reason why we add this butter on top of the spinach is because it really sautees the spinach when it goes in the oven. And it just makes it really like that nice buttery spinach. Nothing worse than when the spinach is really tough and kind of like hard to chew. Right. Yeah, exactly. Okay, so I'm gonna add that just like that. And then I think I'm gonna add some mozzarella on top. I also had this.
04:09just laying in my fridge. But like I mentioned, you can use whatever kind of cheese you like. You can put your own spin on these dishes that I make for you. It's kind of just fun that way, right? We're all different. We all like different things. I'm even gonna add some sharp cheddar. Because why not, right?
04:29Why not? I think it's always nice when the top of the casserole has a lot of cheese on it. Because then when it comes out of the oven, the display is just so beautiful, right? You see that like bubbly cheese and then everyone's all excited. More cheddar, more better. More cheddar, more better. That is so right. Guys, my cameraman came back but now he just wants to eat. Yeah, I want to see what this looks like when it comes out of the oven. He just came in at the right time.
04:59I'm gonna be eating at 350, so I'm gonna pop this in for about 25 minutes, okay? All right. Look at this. I'm gonna get a big scoop of this, all right? I am so excited and I am so hungry. Well, that looks, that looks yummy.
05:29Just leave it in for a little bit longer. Okay, I got my Eggo underneath. I don't know if you can see it yet, but I'm gonna cut into this. Perfect. Okay, let me grab a knife and then I'm gonna cut into this. I am so excited to eat this, y'all. And look, there's the egg on top and there's that Eggo underneath. Oh, man. Have a bite.
