00:00Okay Ian, so you've written your first novel.
00:03Well, I actually wrote it when I was 18, so it's been hanging around for 40 plus years.
00:08Goodness me.
00:09Having just retired, I decided, right, let's have a look at it, see if it's any good.
00:12I couldn't even remember how it ended.
00:14And yeah, so I took it down, scanned it in the computer and got to work on it.
00:19Brilliant.
00:20And there it is, Saint and Sinner.
00:22And what's it about?
00:23So it's set in a fictional northern English town over 200 years ago,
00:27which was visited at that time by a terrible evil.
00:31And then in 1981, which is when I wrote it and when it's set, that evil has returned.
00:36And the people in the town and a bunch of strangers are going to face terrible events
00:40to try and avert the dawn of an awful new age.
00:43Wow, that sounds fantastic.
00:45Goodness me.
00:46Kind of like Stephen King.
00:48Well, when I wrote it, I was a real Stephen King, James Herbert wannabe.
00:52Brilliant.
00:53And it's available on Amazon.
00:55You can get it on Kindle or in paperback.
00:57Fantastic.
00:57Fantastic.
