00:00This is a facility known as Bellhaven. Squadron Energy have taken leasehold of this facility
00:05to accommodate some of our workforce for the Jungler Wind Farm project. We saw this as being
00:11a win-win both for the project and for community. It's an unused facility. We saw that as a benefit.
00:19The workforce that are staying here and not in accommodation in town mean that there's rental
00:22properties freed up in town and it also means that there's an element of tourist accommodation
00:28left in the motels through town. The legacy in the facility that we see is the investment we're
00:34making up into the refurbishment of the property so for the community to have a facility like this
00:40that'll be refurbished will accommodate our workforce and then we'll be ready for another use after our
00:48project finishes.
