Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations Amir Iravani said at an emergency UN Security Council meeting on Friday (June 14) that Israeli attacks have killed 78 people and injured more than 320.
He condemned the strikes as “barbaric and criminal,” stating that while the targets included senior military officials and nuclear scientists, the overwhelming majority of the victims were civilians, including women and children.
