00:00Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

00:06I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.

00:14These ancient words still breathe life into us today.

00:19They remind us that no matter the chaos around us, there is a place of refuge, a divine shelter,

00:27a holy shadow where fear cannot find us.

00:31Let's enter that place together.

00:34Let's now pray.

00:36Heavenly Father, as the sun rises and the world awakens, I come before you with a heart open

00:43and expectant.

00:45I long to start this day not with worry, but with worship, not with fear, but with faith.

00:52Lord, I seek your presence more than anything, because in your presence, I find everything

01:02I need.

01:03This morning, I come to dwell, not to visit, not to glance, but to dwell in your shelter,

01:10to rest in the shadow of your wings, where no fear can overtake me, where no danger can

01:18reach me.

01:19I surrender all my worries into your care, knowing that your love is greater than every

01:26concern.

01:27You are my fortress, my steady place, the rock beneath my feet when the ground around me

01:35trembles.

01:36You see the things I cannot see, the dangers I don't even know to fear.

01:42And yet you protect me.

01:43You shield me from harm, from the traps of the enemy, from the noise and confusion of

01:50this world.

01:51You send your angels concerning me, messengers of mercy and guardians of grace.

01:57They lift me when I fall.

02:00They guide me when I wander.

02:03They fight for me when I don't even know a battle is being waged.

02:07How can I be afraid?

02:08Lord, when you are this close, even in the darkest nights, when fear whispers and silence

02:16grows heavy, you are there.

02:19When my heart races and my mind won't rest, your peace gently settles over me like a blanket

02:26of light.

02:27I will not be afraid of the terror of night, nor the arrows that fly by day, because you

02:34are my covering.

02:35You are my safe place.

02:38Though trials may rise and pressures surround me, though a thousand fall at my side, I know

02:44your word is true.

02:45It will not come near me.

02:47Because I have made you my dwelling place.

02:50Because I have chosen you as my refuge.

02:53I stand in confidence.

02:55I am safe in your arms.

02:58Today, Lord, I ask for your guidance in every step.

03:03Help me avoid the snares of the enemy, the lies, the discouragement, the temptations that

03:11try to pull me away from your truth.

03:14Let your wisdom lead me.

03:16Let your grace go before me.

03:18When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that I am never alone.

03:23When decisions weigh heavily on my heart, remind me that you are the source of all understanding.

03:31I choose to walk by faith today, not by what I see, but by who you are.

03:37You are my shepherd, and I am your sheep.

03:41I trust your voice above the noise.

03:44Father, as I face the unknowns of this day, give me strength.

03:50Life is unpredictable, but you are unchanging.

03:54Give me peace that remains unshaken, even when the world around me feels unstable.

04:02Give me courage to face what lies ahead, not in my own strength, but in yours.

04:10Protect me from the hidden dangers, the physical, the emotional, the spiritual attacks I may not

04:17even recognize.

04:19Guard my mind from anxious thoughts, my heart from discouragement, my spirit from fear.

04:26Let your truth be my armor, and your promises be my sword.

04:31Remind me that I am not fighting alone, for you go before me.

04:36You stand beside me, and you surround me with songs of deliverance.

04:40Lord, I lift up my loved ones to you now, my family, my friends, the people you've placed

04:48in my life.

04:50Cover them with your wings.

04:53Shield them with your love.

04:55Keep their bodies healthy, their hearts whole, and their minds at peace.

05:00Let no evil touch their lives.

05:03Let no sickness come near their dwelling.

05:06Place a hedge of protection around them that cannot be broken.

05:09I believe in your promise that you command your angels to watch over us, to guard us in

05:16all our ways, that wherever we go, your presence goes with us.

05:23Let your angels guide every step, block every danger, and lift us when we stumble.

05:30Even when I feel weak, I know I am strong in you.

05:34Even when I feel overwhelmed, I know you have given me authority to stand firm.

05:40I am more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens me.

05:45In you, I can face every battle, not as a victim, but as a victor.

05:51I walk in your victory today.

05:54I walk in your power.

05:56And because I love you, Lord, because I have set my heart upon you, you promise to deliver

06:02me.

06:03Not just once, but again and again.

06:07You say you will be with me in trouble.

06:10That you will rescue me and honor me.

06:12Let me see your salvation in every area of my life.

07:15Thank you for your shelter.
