00:00It was just so heartbreaking to see a six-week-old puppy in the shelter with his eye just bulging

00:06out. He was found as a stray in a box. We suspected that it was a dog bite that impacted

00:13his eye. I just was tearing up. Who could do such a thing, you know, leave such a young

00:19little puppy? And I immediately knew I wanted to foster him.

00:24When I got home with him, I took him out and put him on the floor. He really warmed up

00:30to me a lot. We knew we had to do something with his eye and one of the vets recommended

00:35that we get his eye removed. He came out and he had a massive scar with stitches and he

00:45was still as confident as ever, really. He was, like, getting the zoomies and I was,

00:54like, you need to relax. Just the most sassy guy, especially after losing an eye.

01:04I had a pre-planned trip and I knew Jack still needed the care and everything. So he went

01:10to another Fopster. And in this time, I absolutely cried my eyes out because I had just grown so

01:15attached to him. He got his stitches removed and it was really heartwarming to see him healed

01:21and just really doing well and back to himself.

01:27I was on my flight back home and I texted a team member, being like, I want to adopt Jacks.

01:33And the very next day, I went and picked him up and he's been mine ever since. There was

01:38something about him, just so much personality, so much confidence in this little tiny boy that

01:44I was like, I just love you so much. Every day, he just wakes up so happy.

01:57And I was in my flight, he was knowing it, he walked away, he walks into a room and down he

02:07and he went. Now he goes back to me and hemodase sounds of him. And then that's

02:11him. Now that sensibility eyes, he builds up and everything he has grabbed. And balance
