00:01Initially he was very scared. He was shaking and it was evident that he was not okay.
00:08Some people said they were hearing puppy screams.
00:12We couldn't even see him at first.
00:15We were driving all that way without knowing what to look for.
00:20We were about to leave and that's when we saw him.
00:22He was severely dehydrated and most likely he wouldn't have survived a week or so.
00:33We approached him very slowly and we gave him food.
00:52This is the first time that I would assume he's in a car. He doesn't know what's going on.
00:59He continued to shake.
01:01But after about two and a half hours he was just so tired that his eyes just shut.
01:08He literally fell asleep in our laps.
01:11It made us feel very good just to see that he could close his eyes and rest.
01:17He probably understood that we meant no harm and we just want to help him.
01:23Once we got him home, the first thing that we had to do was to wash him.
01:31Then we dried him off and let him explore at our home.
01:36When he started sniffing around, he started actually waving his tail, which he didn't do before.
01:40The vet told us that within the span of a few weeks, he will naturally heal himself because he's still small.
01:56And actually that's what happened. After a few weeks living with us, he was running, waving his tail and no sign of any pain or injury.
02:04He is very playful, very curious and very loving to other small creatures.
02:11He got adopted one month after we rescued him.
02:20From the moment that they saw each other, they fell in love.
