00:00So this week we've got the first real test about how Labour is going to spend your and
00:04my money across our constituency. We've already seen a U-turn on the winter fuel payment, quite
00:10rightly so, because it was taking money away from some of the poorest pensioners in our
00:13constituency. But this week we're going to find out where they are going to spend money.
00:17And I've been campaigning for better rural broadband, better road networks, better buses
00:22connecting places like Borden and Liphook, and of course special educational needs, which
00:27is such a massive issue in our constituency. So I want to be hearing from the Chancellor
00:31about those specific things. But at the same time, we're seeing inflation going up, we're
00:36seeing unemployment going up, and I have really no confidence that we're going to get anything
00:40key from Labour on those issues. So I say to the Chancellor, she must make sure that whatever
00:46she's spending on, whether it be health services in our constituency, whether it be rural broadband,
00:51whether that be supporting our farmers. She needs to make sure that every penny counts.
